The famous Samoan tackle, er , sorry shoulder barge. Love the Pacific Islanders passion but get tired by their illegal shoulder barges, leading with loose arm that never locks on to the tackled person. Mega dangerous before even thinking about illegal!

Loved watching the nz sevens team do 10 full field sprints in there trainings back in the day! Randle, Vidiri, Rico Gear, Brad Fleming, Dan Parkinson and Jonah Lomu speed to burn, but Randle used to take most of the sprints!
