Thanks. I watched several videos on this subject. Yours was the best and easiest and had the fewest steps. The other videos removed the Ford plate and the key, when it wasn't necessary. Thanks again! (I have a 2012 Ford Focus)

We see this regularly with Galaxy series Samsungs and even some of their older phones. There are a few things that will cause this to happen but the most common reason is a defective or damaged charging port. If the footings are still in tact on the logic board it can be replaced for $65.

I would do two things: 1. Replace the battery 2. Check the phones usb port (charging port) for trapped dirt. Use an airduster (can of compressed air) and clean it out. If these dont work i have no idea

You have to change the battery.
