just using plain yoghurt is also good hehe, once i introduced it to a friend and she was like whuttt but she also liked it ahhahah. and for beautysusu je moet proberen met volle yoghurt en paprika chipss ahhhhh ik mis het zo erg haha lang niet gehad misschien maar weer eens gaan halen hahah

+BeautybySusu I put mint, thyme and chili pepper, because these three are the things that Turkish people add to almost everything they eat. If you don't like any of those, you can go ahead and replace it with herbs that are traditionally used in your area. It's all about your creativity and imagination. :)

i have been there 4 years ago.That was my first time in Turkey.Excellent food and good service. After saphir i came back 3 other times in different hotels. I Love Turkey.
