@weazlechin Sure is a crap bit of plastic, seems that the engine before and
engine after both dont have this bottom breather. the solution is a
blanking plate from a Mk2 1.8 petrol engine see 'Show more' for a link to
the solution. Cost me £18 in parts but the job is done and will neve leak
again. Thanks for the comment

VW Transporter 2.5tdi ACV(2002) rattle in pulley area.
I think it's your alternator tensioner? The belts make a lot of noise when
the tension is slack. Not east to change might be worth a new belt and try
and free up.
If anyone need parts for their for a cheap price I suggest u go to www.autopartswarehouse.com.
USP Motorsports VW MK6 Jetta 2.5L Cold Air Intake System
Here is a short clip of what it sounds like. HUGE difference in sound and a bit in performance. LOVE IT! Install was easy as well, if you have any questions, just ...
Just got my '12 Se... been trying to find and intake system for this, but
that's another story. lol! Any ideas of where to look? I do not want to
have make my own. And their is no way where I would be able to just put a
Conie on the hose?
At this time. Yes it was just the intake. The car is now paired with an AWE Track Catback and a USP Test Pipe. Haven't had time to finish the video with the test pipe but I do have another video of the catback exhaust
on dyno tests cold air intakes are junk the suck heat air from the engine
heat kills power if you you buy one your looking at a 5 to 6 hp loss tests
on dyno prove this
Where can I find the data on this test? More specifically, this car? The intake placement in this case seems logical as it's not just sitting in the hot bay, but down by the wheel well where cool air flows.
+Dungeons Dragons That's on some intakes, now if it was a SRI I could see your argument. This intake is actually designed to be sucking in cold air and is located properly.
1.4 mpi skoda fabia rattle(2)
I was concerned about the crank case breather. Rattle was identified as pinking due to the ECU constantly running in a Lean state.
