+Erik Serrano There's no "perfect" macro breakdown but I usually go 0.8-1g protein per pound of body weight, 25% of total calories from fat and then fill in the rest with carbs. I do this for both bulking and cutting but just change the total calories of course.

idk bro.... I think lower intensity cardio does primarily use fat for fuel. Higher intensity primarily burns glucose and fat.... but more fat,.... least thats how i learned it in class. looking forward to future vids man I'm a fan of the calisthenics

+mrmee1229 Its slowly going into calisthenics bro! Little by little and yeah both burns fat but atp-pc system primarily uses glycogen for fuel. When you do steady state, low intensity, that system is running off of fat but it burns less overall calories. There's so much to it though to the point that one isn't really better than the other.

Lol I won't make this go on for long but if you want exercises that works all of that, try doing strict muscle ups or a human flag. Also, you can just put dumbbells between your legs and superset and drop set with dips. You ask if I ever curled 50lbs and then dropsetted? Bro, have you ever muscled up with 50lbs and dropsetted? Have you deadlifted real heavy and dropsetted? Now I'm not going to expect you to fully understand because I doubt you understand the physiology behind this which isn't necessarily a bad thing because not everyone is going to college or educating themselves on it. But basically, training multiple muscles burn more calories than training one muscle and that's fact. Try doing heavy compounds and then do heavy isometrics. Then superset compounds and then super set isometrics. Whatever you do with isos in terms of intensity, do the same with with compounds and you will see what I'm talking about. If you're still confused, google it or ask a teacher, prof, or even someone who has been training for a few years, and they will tell you why compound lifts burn more calories than isos.

You're basically saying SUPER SETTING and DROPSETS burn more calories, not isolation. A bicep curl in and of itself doesn't burn more calories than a squat or deadlift. Now yes, if you decide to increase the weight, superset and drop set with bicep curls and triceps extension then yeah it may burn more calories than a pull up but if you add weights to your pull ups and then supersetted with weighted dips then that would burn more calories than isolation drop sets. To each his own, i feel like i burn more calories on isolation because i actually use pretty heavy weight and do a couple dropsets after supersetting. I don't know why your talking about calisthenics, when im referring to compound movements. unless you got offended because i said "crossfit".

In calisthenics, almost every exercise is compound movements. If you do dropsets and supersets in calisthenics, you're still burning more calories than isolation exercises regardless. Now if you were talking about compound movements like deadlifts and front squats then yeah but bicep curls supersetted with tricep extensions will never burn more calories than pull ups supersetted with dips.

Lol yeah but you can easily superset in calisthenics and u can drop set with weighted calisthenics. Plus not to mention, people like me can train in calisthenics hours daily. You can really do that with weights. Like I can complete a chest and triceps workout at the park nd then later on go back outside nd practice calisthenics for hours. After u do dumbbell, barbells, and machine workouts, u mostly like won't go back to the gym the same day to do the workout again, u feel me?

bird (not fried)--fish--fruits--vegetables go in......pig--cow--candy--cookies--soda (coca cola, etc)--and most bread products should be cut down or out of your diet. walk at least 2 miles a day, ride a bicycle 8 to 10 miles a day (but ride for fun not a destination) just around the neighborhood like when you were a kid, join a nice gym for more then just to workout (good place to meet people, secondary shower, most are open late if you need some place to hangout, get nutritious food at some).

i agree with you on that aspect i meant people think the glycemic index directly correlates to body composition but it is simply calories in calories out. example people will stay away from food to high on the glycemic index i.e doughnuts but it is just calories in calories out not saying pig out on doughnuts all day but feel free to mix it up dont gotta just eat things like chicken breast and sweet potatoes all day.

I have read in one article that workout biceps continuously for 2 days and give 4 days rest, you will get muscle tears on first day and when you are sore workout the same for 2nd day and make more tears and then give 3 to 4 days rest so more tears mean more buildup when you rest, however it said not to work for 3 continuous days, what do you say on this sir, should i try this, plz reply sir...

If I were you I would stick with whey protein and multivitimins. Creatine has it's benefits but unless you have a lot of money, all these supplements can be very expensive. Other than that, there isn't too much else you can't just get from a decent diet!

Ok, you need to do standard grip & reverse grip wrist curls (upper & lower arms fixed at 90 degrees and curl from the wrist). Also, hammer and reverse arm curls are decent and useful tools to develop forearms. Hope this helps buddy

Best quick snacks are things like unsalted nuts, fruit & yoghurt etc. For a bigger snack, stuff like tuna mayonnaise in a brown wrap or wholewheat crackers with humous would be awesome. Hope that helps!

I need advice. when I started working out I was skinny 144 pounds I didn't have a six pack or anything I got all the way up to 167 bulking then I started getting a stomach too and lost sight of my veins while working out so now im trying to cut all my body fat and loose weight until I have a six pack and then start bulking again. is this the smartest decision or should I just bulk up and then cut when im at 180 my goal.

Kinda late but for the future just know like chris said if your natural and youre bulking ur gonna get a little gut. Thats why it is best to do clean bulking to avoid getting fat and also work the hell out of ur abs so when u cut theyll pop out fast. but once you get to your goal and start cutting it will be worth it

I am about to start my "completion round" (I like that better than "vanity round") and I have been dreading the loading, since I've been eating super low carb super clean for the past 2 months... I'm definitely going to do your fat fast idea now that I've seen this. Yeppers... MsHcggirl had one too. I got mine off of hers and my mommies recipe. Combo. So, ck hers out too. Also, chocolate delight recipe is the BOM on my cheese cake recipe vlog. I used some for drizzle on cheese cake and used the rest for candy molds it was so good. Just make sure not to have processed food or sugar... and you will have a great Fat fast! More natural foods. I have a quart of whipping cream with a gallon of chocolate milk spread over the day and that works good for me. It's about 5,000 calories. The gain comes from eating sugar/starches. I never gain on "loading" and I have about 8,000 calories the first day & 3500 the next day since then I have NO appetite. But, I have to stay near the bathroom as the stuff goes right through me. Does clean out the gallbladder.

It had been great. So far I have lost 5.4 this week, not including my load days. that is in 5 VLCD days. So this method is working great for me! Hope it does as well for others. Have not been hungry. Doing fine, so far. I have also been trying to stay out of the gym. Depends on stress. My work out is my release. So, it is hard to stay away.

Yes, my cheese cake recipe is on my other Channel. Bethshealthyhabits.... I am using myfitnesspal. But, I am currentally not counting my calories, so just pop in and out to keep up with everyone. I am doing a Vegan lifestyle, so no need to count calories anymore. :)

I tried it several times on my planned interuption. Not on HCG. WOrked great. But, make sure for the days following the fat fast to stay light on the carbs. That seems to be the trick.

It depends on how long of a round you are doing? I did a three day load, because planned on long round for hormonal issues...Up to you. I have never loaded with out injection. ;)
