The land was empty of people for thousands of square miles. I'd call that situation fair game for anyone who found it first. If it's not inferior in that regard, how is Mexico not as rich as US or Europe? Not all but average, learn the difference. Race realism does not entail judging an individual based on his race.

+Excalibur I was working on my master's in education at one point and the studies for hispanics show they perform equal to whites when language is not an issue.  Who are you saying is inferior and why?  And I think it is errant to say all blacks are stupid or all Jews are smart because there is variation.  I would say it is even unjust to judge an individual based on norms of the race.  I have met smart blacks and I have met stupid jews.  You are pre-judging people or you are just prejudice.  This is getting tiresome. The Irish and Italians were seen as outsiders because they lived in enclaves and didn't assimilate yet. When immigration was temporarily stopped between 1920 and 1960 this allowed for assimilation. Now we have unstoppable Mexican immigration with no pause in sight and any such temporary stop for that purpose would be seen as "racist" and as a threat for their right to preserve their culture by liberals. Imagine if we allowed this with Irish and Italians. Also Irish and Italians are white and culturally less different than Mexicans, Guatemalans and Somalis, keep that in mind.

So, I guess we have a disparity of experiences on the IQ puzzles, but as far as Asians in "western culture" it's actually not a measurable statistic. i.e. there is a reason "China-town" exists everywhere there is a significant asian population: They live in a different land, but practice the same culture. -- this is not to say asians aren't smart. Of course they have great intelligence genetics, however, as stated before, even so, the paper test does not prove much. Intelligence and IQ results manifests themselves in a different way. This means that a 105 Asian IQ might not mean they are as intelligent as a Caucasian 100 or a Caucasian 105. This can be demonstrated by the fact that typically a Caucasian child with an IQ of 70 could be extremely abnormal, however, a Black child with an IQ of 70 appears to be completely social with no issues.~ To conclude, I put hardly and stock in IQ tests; they merely determine if you're a complete idiot, or probably smart, but that's about it.

+Tespri Yeah, so you're just talking out of your ass now. A lot of the number pattern recognition portions of IQ tests are seen heavily in typical grade school psychology classes. It's in puzzle style books people use for entertainment. A lot of this stuff has nothing to do with say....someone's capacity to learn something new, or their overall mental limit. It's just that it's not possible to design a test in which a human can't improve its performance. Edit: and if you were never in one of those classes or brought up around that stuff, you're going to do worse, but that doesn't mean there isn't a genetic limit to your intelligence.

Instead schools simply tell us how things are. I would say that nutrition has more to do with IQ than education.There is a reason why borderline retards can still pass universities with good scores (actually has been tested).Schools don't teach you to think.

Genetics is highly responsible for intelligence, probably 50% or more, but if you're not educated, which is a cultural thing, your IQ will be low as fuck. The intelligence must be cultivated and it is done with rigorous study and upbringing that results from culture. The IQ test is not special or particularly what it's "supposed" to be. The fact remains is it's a test and you can increase your score on it.

It's not right to generalize "Asians" as smart, because that's not what the data shows. Another very relevant point, Asians culture promotes intelligence, rigorous study and discipline, but White cultures usually do not and yet, Whites still manage to be approximately the same IQ. If a White nation had an Asian culture their IQ would probably be 120+ on average.

It takes the drive to do something like that. ´Wright brothers for example did something very very risky. Not only economically but from the living standpoint itself. And they were competing against bigger company with more money invested in.Not only this but the competition that companies have, means that they will try to hire highly intelligent people to do desings for them. Which leads to that, scientists and artists will get funds that they wouldn't get otherwise. Testosterone is a driving force for human advance. However it's about balance, too much is not good either for obvious reasons.But the couple centuries of western world has been build in a way which allows people to advance more.
