All food and beverages shown in this video qualify for the "free foods" list. You can eat these foods in abundance to help you fill up without gaining weight.
+Natalie Harrison No! sorry if it came across that way, I did say to pair these with proteins and healthy fats. The intention wasn't to promote eating veggies only
you shouldn't be lying to people like that, wheres your study showing these
are actually negative calories. show people foods that are micro nutrient
dense and help keep you full with high fiber rather then lying and telling
them they are negative calories. i'm going to unsubscribe now after seeing
this video...
+Jessica Gouthro honestly if i was you i would take down this video, you know yourself its ridiculous, there's no such thing as 0 cal food, additionally you are throwing false information at people which is super wrong...
Totally agree about cabbage. Underestimated for sure. It is a super food
folks. Turnips are another one. Both are incredible for your body and super
cheap. I have them everyday. Thanks for the vid.
+dombower hehe. whoops, totally called me out on that one. may have been an over-exaggeration, you are right. I appreciate everyone's input here. I do still hope that the core message still came through that eating veggies is a great thing and should be encouraged
All these foods are still supposed to be tracked as carbs... if you had a
huge plate of veggies.. that'd be like 30 carbs... these are not free
whatsoever
+Jessica Gouthro Yup, 25 grams per 1,000 calories I know. You still account for these as calories when you track macros. You shouldn't tell your viewers they can eat endless veggies.
