I used to love lifting but past 5 years I've gotten tennis elbow in both elbows and wrists from doing construction. I can't even do a pushup because the pain in my wrists is so bad.

We use both stupidly, we use Km/h but we also measure in lbs, and our height in feet and inches. Kind of like a love child between England and murica

I'd space them out, but between deadlifting THEN squatting the next day or the reverse...I would definitely squat the day before deadlifting.

It does, man. Train your forearms using the "white knuckle grip". Meaning, you grab the bar as hard as you can during every lift you do.
