Apparently, no one cares about any of this. WikiLeaks, Edward Snowden, etc. have exposed massive domestic spying programs, extrajudicial killings of Americans (via drones), and many, many other abuses of authority. It seems that most people are content to have their smartphones, Facebook pages, and Twitter accounts instead of personal liberty. We as a nation will not have our freedom taken from us by force. We as a nation will give it away willingly. One cannot value what one does not understand or cherish...

The government will always get rid of anyone who shows these kind of leardership qualities, especially when they're leading people to expose the government. The good news is I'm pretty sure Hastings message has gotten through to enough people that someone will take his place. They killed him, but you can't kill his legacy and the seeds he has already planted.

Aha! Finally, somebody else who noticed the rear fender! The appearance to me is that the car took a hit to the right rear. The right rear wheel is pushed forward to the point of rubbing the wheel well. This had to have happened before the final collision, as witnesses say there was no other car nearby. It would have had to happen before the car passed the security camera. A hit to the RR would explain something under the car being knocked loose and sparking on the ground, and the possible (hard to see for sure) smoke the car is trailing (would be from tire rub).

Really, there are two possibilities: Hastings really was in the car, and was under attack before he ever crossed Melrose, OR the whole thing was faked, and the car was not really Hastings' new car at all, but one from a wrecking yard that had taken a RR hit and was totaled because the floor pan and unibody were too bent to fix, but would still run long enough to be remotely driven and crashed.

The damage and the post crash fire are not suspicious. The pre crash fire could be explained by sparks as the car bottomed out due to going over bumps at such a high speed. Everything else is very suspicious though. Sounds like the ECU could have been hacked leading to the throttle being set to full.

i pressed pause on the red light run on 00:8 he was slumped over the wheel so id say already dead or gassed through the air vents doors locked cant get out also his red back break lights was on but he wasent stopping he is now forggotton about so what matters

Hey James you forgot to mention that his body was cremated immediately without the consent of his family, and his ashes were delivered to his family by the county coroner within a few days. Wouldn't his body have served as a HUGE piece of important evidence towards investigating the crash (i.e. ballistics, skin fragments, bone analysis, and son on)? Hmm hmm hmm...
