You should do this for business , honestly people are lazy and you could
make money. Love your use of whole fats and you are skinny , I know you
exercise and dance but shows the fat you eat is not always the fat you
wear.
I love your food prep videos! I really like the oatmeal idea. I also really
like how you measured out your nuts and seeds for your salads. Great video.
So glad you posted this. I needed some inspiration. Hope you have a good
week Katie

Missed this live, because I was working :(. I just wanted to comment that I
have a boyfriend who I love very much, but is very stubborn. I have been
vegan for about 2 years now. I was with him before and after I went vegan.
He is into the bodybuilding lifestyle, and doesn't quite get that he can
build muscle without meat. Lately, it has been bothering me more and more
that he still eats meat and some dairy. Since I make most of his meals I
started making him "accidentally" vegan meals. He ended up catching on
after a few days, but he didn't complain! I think he would like to be
vegan, but doesn't know how to do it to support his lifestyle or how to go
against the crowd and be different. The other day he made his own vegan
dinner, and I could tell he was so proud of himself. It made me really
proud too!!! So all that being said, I love my boyfriend and just because
he isn't vegan YET doesn't mean he doesn't have a kind, compassionate
heart. Be patient with your friends and family and keep giving them
information and support, eventually they will surprise you!
Your boyfriends needs to be friends with mine! Haha. He's a vegan bodybuilder and gym trainer, and he loves to show people how easy vegan fitness can be! So it is so possible and I'm sure your boyfriend will come around. Sounds like he already is :) Have him check out veganbodybuilding.com!
I've been vegan for almost a year now and I only know one vegan and she
lives about an hour away so we don't hang out very often anymore. I would
really love to surround myself with a group of vegan friends but I'm not
really sure how to go about doing that. I live in a small town where I
don't even think anyone knows what "vegan" means. I do however work in a
really cool town that has multiple coops and have banned plastic bags
(obviously, I absolutely love this town). I'm sure there are tons of vegans
there but I'm not really sure how to reach out and meet some of them. Any
tips?
Try meetup.com, and search for Vegan groups! Hope that helps.

This recipe it's been my favorite since my childhood and always will. I
recommend it to anyone but roasting the peppers very well till the skin
gets burned is a must since that gives the red peppers an amazing taste,
brings out all the flavor. Roasting them in the aluminium foil it will
moist them rather than roast them so the flavor it will be less that way.
Make sure you roast them on a grill really well.
