Dr. Timothy Scott explains a study that supposedly proved a genetic link for mental illness. He looks at some of the other factors that come into play and explains ...
Then explain to me how my oldest sibling of which was adopted is a paranoid
Schizophrenic, and myself, also adopted am not, then my two younger
brothers who are biological to my mother are ok.? 1 out of four, literally
four different sets of DNA, and only one is mentally ill? There has to be a
genetic component to it. We did not grow up in a high stress household. My
brother began showing symptoms as soon as he could walk. He is 50 years old
now. Homeless, preferred choice for him. Has taken all meds under the sun,
but still as sick as can be. He goes w/o contact for extended periods of
time, then becomes a phone stalker calling 15 times a day. I love him so
much but no one anywhere knows what to do for him.
+Valerie Foster How old was your brother when he was adopted. I think it is 70% of neural development that happens before two years of age. Perhaps you'd enjoy checking out Dan Siegel on brain "integration," and Dr. Gabor Mate. Seriously though, I'd like to know how old your brother was when adopted, because I'm curious as well.
im sorry but this doctor is a fucking idiot if he really thinks you can
overcome all PTSD, I sufferd from severe PTSD from childhood and now 33 im
still suffering from it..... how can a man who has never experienced severe
trauma talk and say this is how it is.....
I was diagnosed with severe depression but also had other problems like OCD so I made my own research and also found this natural healer Andreas Moritz. He says doing a liver cleanse can help with treating diseases even psychological ones. You might want to check him out on the net. P.S. I am getting better by seing a psychiatrist (but I don t take any anti depressants ) I am not trying to tell you that I have the answer but that there is hope
+liam111liam yea perhaps I need to tone it down im just tired of everyone having a answer. how can I tell you about cars if I never even driven one? sry for being a little rude
Not true. People with a twin brother/sister that have bipolar has a 70%
chance of having bipolar aswell even if they grow up in completely
different environments.
