Children's Psychology : How to Deal With a Dead-Beat Dad
The best way to deal with a dead-beat dad is to be gentle but realistic with the children so they do not develop conflicting emotions towards each parent.
@lilxbwnsuga Its a way to avoid failing to give them what he didnt have, he
feels inadequate and not qualified by experience to father them instead of
doing what come naturally (doesnt need prior experience or learning) feed
them or provide materialistic element. he needs to get therapy and it might
be useful if you join him too to build a bridge... my heart goes out to you
and your kids..good luck and hang on.
I don't think I could take my children through the stress of not knowing
their dad is not in the picture to protect them. I believe the best thing
to do is to let the dad go and not mention him to the child at all unless
they begin to ask a million and one questions about. It's better if the mom
have a trusting life partner who will love the children as his own then
forget all about the deadbeat.
@QueenAmaal its a catch 22, and moms cant catch a break i have learned.
damnded if you do or dont it seems. i know the day to day events are not as
glamorous as an unexpected phone call or appearance from him. i do not
speak of him or say his name. i dont have the energy or time to hold him to
the line. thanks again for your kind words of understanding. i will
continue to pray.
@lilxbwnsuga I am sorry to hear this, I guess you have grown and matured in
this relationship and he didnt, if moving on is the only way out at the
moment please remain open minded and hold as minimum grudges and despise
for him as possible so that ur kids dont turn around one day and say its ur
fault, You are such a strong woman to decide this and i respect u loads.
I've been wondering how I can explain to my son when older. I predicted his
father being a poor parent a bit before birth and was proven right. And I
know the novelty of a new child is wearing off. It's good to be prepared so
thanks you for posting. If there's a vid about dealing with fathers trying
to get at you through your child please let me know
@QueenAmaal Thank you for responding. its a tough situation, and he will
not seek counsel. i know i cant change him, and he has to want to change
his behavior. i am tired of the lies, ignorance, disrespect, and houdini
acts. we dont deserve to be treated this way, because he cant cope with
life. Bitter much? i am moving on.
thank you. i love my kids to death, but their dad sees them as objects. not
real life living human beings that need nurture, guidance, and connection
with him. he is absolutely textbook to me, but he has a choice to give his
children a dad which he never had. i dont get it.
I I lived with my dad or at lest see him soon =( its been 1 year

Love the video! Can you give me the credible sources of those (soon
please)? Specially the mouse experiment. Gonna be great to cite it in my
paper from a real experiment. I will put your video in bibliography :)
Made this video along time ago and didn't bother to keep notes on the research. If you look at the Wikipedia articles on "pleasure center" and "brain stimulation reward" you will find studies referenced in the Wikipedia article referring to these experiments.
I appreciate science more when it's presented as is and the facts speak for
themselves. I resent when it's presented with a clear ulterior motive like
it has been throughout this whole video.
Science is. Don't try to convince people to change their attitudes. Let the
evidence do that itself.
You are really smart Corrina. I wonder why there are bunch of idiots never
get bored giving sexual harassment comments. What you have taught me will
make me a better person from now on, and not going to stimulate my pleasure
button without any real accomplishment. And now I understand why I should
not spend so much time on entertainment, I mean, excessively.

The Psychological Manipulation of Human Consciousness: Psychotropic Drugs and Existential Death
In this episode, Doug discuses the dangers of the massive over prescribing of psychotropic drugs such as Prozac and Ritalin. He examines the dark side of the ...
Saying that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain is
actually a fact, there is no other explanation - What makes a certain
person more naturally upset then another? It is obviously due to something
being slightly different in the make up of the [articular persons brain
because well there isn't much else it could be down to due to the variety
of people who suffer from things like depression and anxiety, psychotropic
drugs are maybe being prescribed to people who do not need them however
this documentary is purely down to America and other countries without
things like The National Health Service - How do you explain how so many
people are given these drugs FREE FOR LIFE? The NHS has an allocated budget
each year of which it must buy all products it needs, there are no extra
profits to be made because X amount is taxed as going towards the NHS and X
amounts is actually allocated to funding, the rest of that money is the
profit the government needs to make to run the country. Psychotropic drugs
are dangerous in rare cases and should only be taken if absolutely
necessary which is where the issue lies, the wrong doing by Psychiatrists
is based on giving them out way too easily, these drugs should only be
given out in cases where it is abnormal levels of sadness/anxiety and
should never be used as a "I feel sad sometimes and when i do i should take
this", these drugs were ALL originally designed as a way to treat REAL
abnormal behavior, the main reason Psychiatrists will get away with this is
the fact that they wouldn't have visited a Psychiatrist unless they had
something they were unsure about which in the past 90% of the time is
legit. The screening in schools is nothing to do with Psychology it is
purely a way for the government and schools to label children and often
leads to wrong diagnoses of the children.
+Will Nicol Since hitching up, climbing up in the saddle, and beginning to impose MY WILL on my oppressors, I have found a guy in the mirror who is definitely worthwhile. 4 college degrees were all very much worthwhile, and created a massive void between myself and those who willingly apply to and ascribe to being "Dumbed Down", as being their WAY. These very people ride their EGOS around like Demon Stallions, kicking sand in our faces. Fire all of your guns at once, and explode into space. The past few months have been fruitful and free...,a great discovery for me at age 66. Woe unto those who feel they owe it to themselves to Tread on Me.... I love the strength and privilege of kicking their asses,... figuratively.
+Will Nicol You are assuming humans are not spiritual and have no souls. If humans were just a bunch of electric impulses fired in brain matter, then you would have a point....but we're not, so you don't.

Flint has such a peaceful yet dynamic voice. The idea of the omnibus is
brilliant...What's on the inside being connected to what's on the outside,
and how so often we keep the inside hidden limiting us from true connection

very deep level. Love it!
