The high healthy fat, raw dairy, grass fed meat, diet Jerry talks about was
totally against what I have leaned for the past 25 years. I ate an organic
diet for years. No illness, no medications. After I broke my arm a the
surgeon placed a rod into my bone marrow, I got a massive breaking out on
my face. A highly allergic reaction to something was what the dermatologist
said to me??? I had the rod removed then I was eventually diagnosed with
CLL lymphocytic leukemia. I bought Jerry's Brunetti's video and have been
on the same program as he healed himself with from cancer -- for 8 weeks.
I am 85% better and getting more well each day. We basically back up and
eat like our ancestors did over 100 years ago. I thank him daily.
Russell.. U are incorrect. Jerry stated Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat
soluble.. You need fat in your diet to absorb them.. Lard is the second
highest food source of Vitamin D besides cod liver oil. CLA is abundant in
healthy animals on pasture eating grasses. Your theories on CLA being
worse than smoking are comical.. Supplemental CLA can cause issues with
insulin resistance in pre-diabetic overweight people. CLA from grassfed
animals is most admired for its anticarcinogenic effects.. Jeff is a
wealth of knowledge and your mediocre attempt to distort information is
sad..
listen from minut 32....specificaly the sugestion that vitamins a,d ,e and
k come from fat only....this is incorect for eample a:carrot,sweet
potato,d:sun,e:almonds,sweet potato,k:spinach. also dident the inuits get
there good artire helth from omega 3 from the fish in there diet,shurly
they did not just eat bluber only and also they had osteo perosis from a
diet that made there cemistry/bodys acidic from animal protines.am i
wrong?ill watch the rest of the lecture but im now sceptical.
im disapointed my tax dollars funded this...have a lard sandwitch he
says..bad advice...34 minut mark...CLA only comes from grass fed
aimals..look up adverse afects of CLA(worse than smoking).probably what you
would expect from an agricultural board member...jerry,lay of the bull (pun
intended) and the lard sandwiches.i seen you/herd you on another video and

D is controversial. Studies on numerous topics are not in agreement nor are
various national standards. From what I understand D3 is more bioavailable
and is far better stored but also has a higher risk of overdose. D2 is less
well absorbed and stored but also lower risk of overdose. When taken daily
(as opposed to weekly, monthly, or injection) D2 can be just as effective
as D3.
+Veg Ahimsa Yes, it is quite difficult to find your way regarding D2 versus D3. Some also say that the half-life of D2 is much shorter than D3. D3 might therefore be better because it stays in the body longer. But no I don't recommend D3. I don't think you need to worry about Vitamin D overdose. It would require crazy amounts of vitamin D.
+feija77 Thank you Feija! Have in mind that every person who knows about vitamin D will always recommend to get it fromo the sun. The truth is that many of us live in areas where the UVB radiation from the sun is not strong enough during the winter period. That is why you need to get it from sun beds or supplementation. I combine the two D2 from supplements and D3 from the sun bed. I am excited to see the result in February 2015. Otherwise I would like to know if there are any studies conducted in Denmark, where you can be checked more often.
