Not a good idea to keep the engines in reverse as the dustcloud is
advancing in front of the engines. These will suck in the sand, and the
sandblasting will eat the compressor blades (sandblast them). They will end
up looking like razor blades, and the next thing you will get is a flameout
in reverse. So come out of reverse BEFORE the sandcloud gets you....

+Karel Vervoort Are you saying that the pilot should have set the pitch of the blades to forward and kept the cloud behind the engine intake? i.e. just used the brakes at that point but kept the forward pitch?

China Is countered already with this Landing :) But your suggestion is really good. We need Govt. Change and We need Namo to achieve all the objectives for Bharat. This congress want to sell our country to foreign powers for money. We need to unite again and the time is 2014 elections.
