The state of Tamil Nadu was called Madras province before independence. That's why they are called Madrassis.

+Blogr B We call ourselves Malayali to show respect to our mother tongue Malayalam just French,Russian etc. A person living in Kerala is a keralite but not necessarily a Malayali because his/her mother tongue could be Tamil or Hindi(you know migrant workers).

People in Andhra prades and Karnataka also speak in Urdu. 40 percent people of Hyderabad speaks Urdu. Shame to the maker of this video.
