unfortunately no, there is a celica with the rally parts but its not in Horizon 2.there are 2 of them:1994 Toyota Celica GT-Four ST2051992 Toyota Celica GT-Four RC ST185 (This is the one with the rally parts)

I loved this video! Please can you tell me what sort of plaster you are using and maybe the tools you are using to shape it? I am a model maker too and want to attempt something similar. Thanks!

As you coud see in this video I used mdf and epoxy filler. As tools, chisels, mill,saw and sandpapers.
