@lilpims21 You can't. They have magnetic fields set up strictly to prevent astral spies from intruding. It does though open for short periods so their astral spies can exit. As absurd as it sounds... you can only know if you try. If you go there it'll feel like you hit an astral brick wall and youll be unable to move until you just exit back into your body, this has to do with the electrical field frequency. If you're crafty you can evade it, though be careful not to get caught, which you may.

I had that before, you just have to keep doing it and eventually it becomes easier. Meditate every day... within a week you should be able to thing nothing. The best way I found it is concentrating on my breathing... in, and out. in and out... thoughts do come in, but you have to remember what you were supposed to do... just passively observe your breathing. in, out repeatedly. if you do a monotone task, you will get deeper. be persistent, it some times takes me like 30-45 mins to get there

Everything God has given me all has come to past from prophesies about times, events, healings.. Nothing has been left untouched. Sorry this is goin to be a little long but all true. I'm not sure if it was an out of body experience or an astral projection. I was up playin a videogame it was about 12am. I had stuff to do the next day so I decided I had better go to bed. I tossed and turned in my bed for about 2 hours and could not fall asleep. So I decided I would do some meditation. During the meditation I thought did I lock the front door?? So I got up and walked into the hallway outside my room. It was pitch black in the hallway but I knew the door was about 2 or 3 steps in front of me. So I stuck out my left arm and started to walk to the door. In the middle of one of my steps I felt my hand touch the door but then it went through the door. My whole hand and about a foot past my wrist had gone through the door. I tried to pull my arm back out but I couldn’t and then the door started pulling my arm further and further into the door. My whole arm up to my shoulder had been pulled into the door. Then it started to pull my face into the door. When my nose and mouth were pulled into the door I could no longer breathe. I could hear this GRIND, GRIND, GRIND and a WOOOM, WOOOM, WOOM sound. I felt the most horrific pain threw out my entire body. I thought I was goin to suffocate to death I could not breathe for so long. Then I started to see a white light. The light got brighter and then I was able to see everything that was on the other side of the door. (Stairs, plant, windows/curtains, this little chime thing on the door of the lady down the hall. Then my throat started to clear the door and I was able to take in a deep breathe. As I took in that breathe of air I sat up in my bed. Everything felt 100% real. The only thing that was different in the experience and reality was that in reality my bedroom door was closed and during this my bedroom door was open.

I know in myself obe are real so ill say it as fact they are real, ive only been researching and reading up on this and other aspects of spirituality for just over 2 years now but my first experience to which ive stated in my comment on this feed was back in 2009 well before i even new what had happend even had a name. OBEing is a natural thing we do when we all go 2 sleep but unless you will your self to be conscience while you enter that sleep/awake state you don't remember the separation. As for how vivid and how real it is to you depends on your energy and how well you re-enter your body on your return to your body. I have a question, I see that your really invovled in church, and god, jesus, doesnt god say "physic abilites, and obe's" are devil/bad/evil? @sk83r983 I've had sleep paralysis before and read up on it and decided to attempt an out of body experience. On tuesday i tried it during the day( i made sure i was tired) and i'm still in awe that it worked. I think i felt more comfortable doing it with sunlight coming into my room so I didn't panic in the dark. I would recommend trying it in daylight first.

Marilynn, how do you dress for out-of-body travel? In my OBE's I seem to be wearing the same clothes I'm sleeping in. I just float around in the room, so I don't care what I'm wearing, but if I ever travel to some celestial world I want to be dressed in the proper attire. I certainly don't want to be wearing nothing but Fruit of the Loom boxer shorts.

Really enjoyed this interview.OBE's put life and death in perspective...as in there is no death of the consciousness..that's what we are...we are not our physical bodies. I have met passed loved ones through OBE's...as well as those still here. We will always miss the physical death of a loved one in our daily lives..but know from first hand experience that they are happy and well..eases the pain..as we know we will be with them again. Lots of people can achieve this with the right practice.
