93 MPH into speed trap - saved by radar detector (i-295 NJ)
This video isn't about music...there's rap playing in the background, GET OVER IT... Speeding into a NJSP laser speed trap at 93 mph on I-295 in NJ. Another ...
+ryan350 There is a difference with a laser and ka band ,laser will clock your speed in a second sometimes even without the radar letting you know. KA will bounce off the floor etc letting you know prior to clocking speed. Therefore it must of been a KA,from what I recall officers can not use lasers whilst in cars, can they?
+American Pharoah It definitely was laser....the sound you heard was the laser alert from an Escort brand detector (I have one). I wonder if he was lasering the car in the middle lane and it picked up the scatter. I'd love to know if that guy ended up getting pulled.Maybe he was looking for bigger fish, but I'm surprised because NJSP will pretty much always pull you for 80+.
+Randall Young And jamming laser isn't illegal, so if they pulled you over just for that you could sue the ** out of the State Police (and they know that).
+Michigan Dashcam They couldn't have been timing (aka VASCAR) because they would need marking lines in the road to get the timing exact. If he was timing, my speed would have been calculated to be about 90 mph, which would prob get me stopped that time of night lol.
I was at Consulate General Office today in New York and i was so disappointed the way I was treated by one of the officer, i left New Jersey Inside heavy Raining ...
At DirtyPushkin, Well, my experience overall went in with low expectations,
so everything went well. I knew that it would be a two step process of
making sure I didn't get the run around. After getting the round around the
first day, I returned the next day with all the instructions that they told
me...all though it took most of the day, I was able to get my passport that
same day. My suggestion is to set aside two days. The first day for the run
around, 2nd to finally get it.
I traveled from Minnesota to New York to do it in person, because I knew if
I did it via mail or any other way they recommend, it wouldn't have gone as
simple as it did. So that is why I took the matters of traveling and doing
it in person. Do you plan to be going to do the same thing soon,
Dirtypushkin?
Bottom line, did you get accomplished what you wanted? I am heading there
next week to renew my passport...We'll see if I'll be posting anything to
Youtube as well...Let's pray that this goes accordingly...
This is not too difficult if you simply follow the instructions provided on
the Consulates website. If all fail you can contact me to assist at
www.adamazievents.com
So as a American....should I get my visa from these guys, or should I do it
in person...heading to Lagos in January....any advice....going to see the
country

Escort Passport Max2 Review
//www.vortexradar.com This is a review on the Escort Passport Max2. We cover the unit in detail regarding its radar and laser capabilities, GPS lockouts, how ...
I've yet to see you make a video about the "update" process. I know you can
plug it into a laptop and run a system update. Do you have any details you
would like to share? Perhaps put it on video?
It must have been an older Max2 box, since my new one has magnetic release but the first one was the push button version (on top of the case). I think they changed the Max2 so the new ones are magnetic only(?). First time I ever tried buying "used" from Amazon. I'll be buying new stuff only in the future.
No need. Mine arrived and I updated it right away. (very easy). Was my second actually but the first time I made the mistake of buying a "used" version amazon listed for $50 less. What I got was a Passport Max with the shell swapped with a Max2. When I couldn't get the bluetooth to work I called Encore, gave them the serial number and learned the ugly truth. Real hassle but at least now I've got the real deal just in time for some heavy driving.
+OneBigPerm It's basically just a matter of plugging it into your computer and pressing update in the software. Next time they issue a software update though, I can do one for you. :)
Hey Vortex, why do you feel the Max does especially well detecting multiple
radars compared to other Escort models? All Escort models can detect
multiple signals, infact the other models can detect up to 8 vs Max's 4.
It's important to note Max can identify 4 distinct signals with no band
preference. All other Escort models can detect only 2 Ka, 2 K, and 4 X at
one time.
Thanks, forgot to say I always enjoy reading your reviews, comments, and information provided on rdforums / youtube. Likewise with +Mrninec1 in depth knowledge over everything RF based. Perhaps placebo, and I know you and the other veteran enthusiast say Max is about the fastest around when it comes to out of box reaction time (non segmented) but I swear my V1 beats it and its running the most recent hardware V 1.8.A, not the most recent software (no seg). Anyways, thanks for you feedback and sharing your knowledge. Keeping posting
+Nick Caimans Well there's a difference between how many it can track and how many it can display. They're not always the same thing. One of the things that's really good at the Max is that it can detect really quick signals without resorting to BS/RDR and it can also do that while there's lots of other stuff going on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=He3PelfE73o
+Its Weasel Experience is the most common way. Checking the RDFGS is a great way to find out what others have found in your area: https://www.rdforum.org/wiki/index.php?title=RDF_Geographical_Survey
+will lyons Faster, better range, reduced build quality, more Ka falses, updated screen, bluetooth built into the detector. Up to you. Am thing is better range and performance overall.
