done every trail repair with a pair of pliers and a skrewdriver so far...
theyre indestructible....
@cjjeep5 Repeated crashes on the ice caused the front axle to push
backwards on the front drive shaft. This cracked the transfer case in half.
We really need to add ladder bars to this thing.

suspenition, an 80 cj7 4in rough country with spring over and 37" and a 55
willys with spring over with 33s love em all

Welding directly to the front crossmember is crazy. What are you going to
do if you need to service anything of have to remove the front bumper? take
the whole crossmember out?
Why go thru all the trouble to make the thing look so cool just to cover it
with plastic things that look stupid!it literally covers most the side
metal poles. Great build though, incredible!
+Chris Hansen yep I liked it better without that plastic on it to and he should have bolted it to frame not welded it so it could be powder coated or bedlined easier
