Sony Xperia Z Ultra The Sony Xperia Z Ultra has one of the biggest smartphone displays to date, in fact at 6.44-inches it's getting to the point where you'd ...
Amazing phablet, this is gonna be my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 replacement this

the cool features this phone has to offer.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra camera hands on
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra hasn't got a flash, a major point of contention for a lot of viewers if our comments section is anything to go by. In actuality though, how ...
I will do more filming once I have the Ultra Z in September it's great to
know that the 8mp camera can gain a lot of detail from images. I will
invest in a dedicated camera for photography. Sony will soon release a
Cyber-Shot App after Honami is announced. The Ultra Z delivers the specs
and overall design is awesome can't wait! =)
the less emphasis on the camera is because it is meant to resemble more of
a tablet in that it is simply not practical to use such a large device as a
camera, or they wanted to drop the price of it which i imagine would be
quite pricey.
If it doesnt have flash it sucksss ass........ smart phones need front
facing flash by now.......technology corps quit giving us lame upgrades and
give is the real upgrade up to date technology phones!!!!!!!
Nice review.
Sony xperia has been one of my favorite phones released although it has a
desapointing camera.
I am looking forward to see the recently rumoured Sony xperia z4 ultra to
be released.
no flash, no buying!! I use so much my double led light in DHD as torch and
night photos. very disappointing, this flagship, this The One phone...and
no flash. I pass, and wait for new model!
Either this one or Note 3 that has just been showed at IFA :p. this one
looks alot more premium but i'll miss the easy rooting and reliable thing
in the samsung brand :p
Most smartphones can be set to take photos in 16:9 or more conventional 4:3
aspect ratios. In this video the Xperia Z Ultra is shooting in 4:3 Hope
this helps.
Please please tell me what is the customization number on Bell Canada

“service info” then “software info” and look at “customization version” if

playstore and make a back up of the buildprop and email me plz sir plz i

If you're considering to buy one, read this first. I've got one and it has
1 serious issue and a few minor ones, which is shameful if you think this
product actually comes from Sony... The screen has a major issue. Every
time you repetitively touch to scroll (think a FB feed or a long menu with
options) you'll end up selecting something without a reason. It happens
anywhere and you can't avoid. The USB cover is pathetic. The speaker is
utter crap and mono. The power bt. is difficult to reach.
Does it come with gorilla glass? I am so tired of Sony screens without oil
coding. If they don't fix it I will go for the Note 3. Another big issue
for me is the crappy wifi/bluetooth chipset they use. My tablet z has wifi
dropout when I use different bluetooth devices like Sony's own Playstation
controller.

Why didn't Sony make a 7" tablet with those specs? A bigger battery & a bit
thicker!!! Or like the note 2 size? Waterproof & all? Can't understand
sony, like the design but not the size! Why sony?
Excellent point ;) (looking @ sony dev - they seem to be nice about
releasing the source code for their devices, and all the APIs, so I am sure
it will get instant support from developers)
they downgraded the camera to 8 MP with no flash to give the people a
reason to look at the xperia z don't you think? after all it hasn't been
that much while when the Xperia z launched
The 5.5" display on the note 2 was pushing it so 6.44" is definitely way to
big to be considered a smartphone. It's more like a small tablet with phone
capabilities
It hasn't flash because Sony wanted to keep the focus on the display and
keep it thin (it seems that the flash and bigger battery would make it
crunchier)
