After battling allegations it promoted and facilitated prostitution, Craigslist has removed its "adult services" section and replaced it with an inactive link.
@WoW1323Zeedawg Genocide would qualify as the most evil thing humans are
capable of; but I think you misunderstood that I was replying to
prostitution not being the "optimy of evil" (what ever that means XD: I
believe you mean epitome). If someone selling sex for a quick buck is
"worse" to you, then you probably have a very skewed idea of what is
"ethical." Technically according to most creationist denominations -
masturbation is a sin ~ but I don't see that dying off any time soon.
@Dread556 Sexual diseases are primarily brought about because people either
lie about their health, or ignore the severity of getting checked. Smart
prostitutes around Reno where it is legalized go through all the testing on
a regular basis, as well as wear protection and have safe sex under laws
making it legal is brothels (which is quite respectable). People are
horribly killed in many situations, and plenty of kids are abducted as well
- yet we don't prevent life from continuing.
@ShaneyElderberry a woman was horribly raped due to the adult services on
craigslist, and hundreds more set up dates to do the exact same thing.
prostitution is an evil practice, not just because we think it is morally
wrong, but because it leads to much more horrible occurrences. prostitutes
are murdered, contract diseases, and often have uncontrolled births to
children they cannot support. there is logical reasoning to why it should
be banned.
@Dread556 A psychopath will kill somebody any way they can, and rape is not
about the sexual act itself, as I've assumed you're against from what I've
interpreted your comment to be about. Regulated prostitution is far more
safe because they have authorities observing over the laws ensuring higher
safety for the clients and service providers. It is because it is illegal
that more violence is associated with the occupation.
@ShaneyElderberry well i guess i just think that way because of my
religious backround. i see it as an abominable practice, one that should be
removed. but thats just my belief, nothing i can really do about it.
An Introduction To Quickprint Printing, Copy & Design Services
An introduction video to Quickprint printers, based in Exeter, Devon and established for over 50 years, offering online ordering and delivery (including next-day) ...
The story behind the "We Buy Houses" Bandit signs explained.
Contrary to bias and fraudulent reporting by people such as Adam Meister of the Baltimore Examiner. The people who use bandit signs to market their services ...
@vikingbrynn it's silly? I'll take it that you aren't an investor. I've
done many rehabs throughout Baltimore. It's common sense that investors
want to make money on their investments. A property in first class
condition brings the most profit either resaling it or renting or lease
optioning. Your comment is beyond silly. It's a no duh that investors are
out to make money, what investor is out to lose money, but that doesn't
mean that investors don't take pride in helping to rejuvenate houses
I'm glad you liked my video. Journalism is suppose to be about the facts.
These days journalism has become about a person's views blended into the
news as they see. It's kind of hard to take Bandit Sign ordinances
seriously when politicians use the exact same marketing medium that others
use. Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roofers, mechanics and others use
bandit signs to market their business, and these businesses pay taxes to
the cities in which they use their signs to generate business.
Hello TheBanditWholesaler my name is Tiffany I have a question for you. I
have a guy who has houses that need to be sold and I am actually in the
process of getting my bandit signs out and going out to auctions to find
potential buyers. My question is when its time to actually sit down and
sell will the seller and the buyer be in the same room or no. My thinking
is I will get X'd out and they will just begin to do deals directly with
one another. Also under what do I post my ads on craigslis?
I agree 10000% It's laughable how the "bandit sign vigilantes" are so
outraged over legitimate business people conducting marketing for their
services then they are drug dealers selling poison in their cities,
murderers killing people in their cities, robbers and burglars victimizing
innocent people in their cities. Oh no, they are quiet when it comes to
"real" criminals. That's because they are cowards and are afraid to address
the real issues facing their cities and communities.
@mlinkenauger You do realize by you responding to my video, you are giving
me the time of day right? How can you doubt my ethics in Real Estate when
you have never been apart of any of my transactions? Let me help you out.
Bandit Signs are a form of Gorilla Marketing. Many businesses beside Real
Estate Investors use them. When politicians put out their signs during
election time, do you say anything? They are the ones who make the laws
right? Don't think to hard on that one.
@mlinkenauger And I am sure you never drove one mile over the posted speed
limit correct? If you did, you know you were breaking the law right? I'm
trying to understand why how I market for leads for my business is of any
concern to you. If you have any evidence, facts, proof etc of me doing
anything even remotely unethical in my business towards any client, by all
means present it, display it, highlight, If you can't, you are merely
trolling for attention.
@vikingbrynn Good for you viking, here's a cookie now don't choke on it.
you choose not to use signs i do. The old saying goes "to each his own". I
also won't apologize for being a capitalist and making money. Do what you
want. Move to cuba, north korea or some other anti capitalist country if
you like. Also the subprime bubble originated with Fannie Mae and Freddie
Mac. Do yourself a favor and google New Times and Fannie Mae and press
enter.
hello tyrone I wanted to get started in real estate wholesaling and i live
in rockville,md which is 45 min from bmore. So i have a couple of
questions. 1st how is your buisness going are you doing better than you
were 2yrs ago. 2nd did you have a mentor and if so do you know any good
ones in md. 3rd. is it a good idea to by someone program like sean terry.
are you using bandit signs and how well do they work?
Actually spam is something people normally don't have a use for and tend to
tune it out. Seeing that businesses use signs to advertise their business,
one could come to the conclusion that "if the signs didn't work, nobody
would use them in the first place". It only seems like common sense to me.
So is it spam to the respective business's potential customers or is it
just spam to those who do not like signs?
@vikingbrynn So are you saying wking that investors aren't rejuvenating
neighborhood by taking blighted houses and fixing them up to first class
standards? So what do you call it when you take an eye shore and make it a
pleasant sight? Please explain. What are you doing exactly to "help t he
cause" viking besides trying to belittle those who actually "put their
money where their mouths are"?
@partsmet lol, if you read the article that was written about me, then you
would know why I was contra sending in my response to him. When a person
who doesn't even know me or my business writes a story basically saying
that I steal people's houses because I use bandit signs, no way in hell
will I try and play nice with a person like that.
The seller and the buyer rarely meet. The title company will handle all the
details of the closing and escrow. The seller will normally get his money
in one meeting and then the buyer will get the closing doc and keys in the
other meeting along with your balance of your wholesale fee.
Thanks Guys. Trust me, if the people who hate bandit signs weren't bitching
about them, they would be bitching about something else. They are just
negative people who are deep down jealous that others are doing things to
better their lives and they aren't
Did you see the HuffPost investigative video? Your commentary was
informative. Here in Chicago politicians tack up signs on boarded up
houses. Its pretty annoying and I'm glad you mentioned its also an issue in
Baltimore. I thought it was just here.
@vikingbrynn Please spare me the anti capitalist marxist dribble vik, I
have't even had my cup of coffee yet. Go down to the gulf and clean off
some birds or something. I have no idea what bandit signs and BP have in
common.
That is an important aspect that the people who don't like bandit signs
never look at. I had someone clean my carpet a few months ago, I discovered
him through one of his signs.
Hi Tyrone. You seem very knowledgeable on bandit signs and I would like to
put some bandit signs out. However, I cant find any laws on bandit signs.
Do you have any advice?
