Mac DeMarco - Blue Boy
We teamed up with Mac DeMarco to bring you Blue Boy! The de-centered adventure of Mac Demarco, traversing the colorful landscape of Edmonton, Alberta ...
+Callum McCartney You speak the truth. As far as rappers that enjoy for pure entertainment, I would have to say Action Bronson is near the top for me. He is an incredibly funny and fascinating character and I enjoy seeing him in virtually everything he does. His cooking show "Fuck That's Delicious" is thoroughly entertaining. He's clever, charming and whimsical. He will hopefully have a long career in entertainment.
+Callum McCartney Have I, HAVE I?! The man is one of my favorite current rappers. His lyrical content and dark undertones have staggeringly unique qualities that are exclusively his. I appreciate how incredibly honest he is with his human struggles. I can relate to the severity of his anxiety and "Grief" has been an especially personal song to me for this purpose. Though, I would love to see him gain his energy back. His mix tape 'EARL' was thoroughly entertaining and highlighted not only his cleverness but also his flawless delivery. Earl is incredibly talented. I was lucky enough to see a live show of his and it was an unforgettable night. Do it if he ever comes your way. Loads of fun. What is your favorite aspect of Earl as an artist?
+Callum McCartney Indeed. Japan gets all of the good stuff. The Police even redid one their hits "De do do do, De da da da" in Japanese. Japan is a pretty cool place after all (never been/want to go) they deserve cool stuff for being so cool, culturally speaking. Thanks friend, you too! We seem to have much in common. Sadly I don't, I outta make one. Right now it's just me on this youtube page chilled' out maxin' relaxin' all cool. We should be friends! We can share new finds in the music world! Warpaint is one that comes to mind. If you're into hip hop as well, there's a song that has a very nice guitar loop thats Krulesqish "As time goes on" by: Smitty the BG ft. Bones.
'Girl I was never there, laying here cloyed Hilary you lay bare'. It's a shame little wild was only released in Japan. Y'know, for someone I saw in YouTube comments, you're quickly becoming one of my favourite people by music taste alone. Got a Facebook page or something? You seem pretty cool
+Callum McCartney His side projects are really great he's incredibly talented. 7AM Smoked Salmon (Edgar) is fantastic. I really like A Lizard State because it's so aggressive and unlike his other material but I find that Little Wild has unexpectedly become a favorite. It is especially fitting for watching a sunset or just after the sun goes down and lights go on in the neighborhood or the city. It's strangely comforting despite the lyrical content. I'm very excited for his next project, it was mentioned somewhere that he has new tracks ready but I forgot where it was. Should be very very cool. I hope he goes a little bigger and adds saxophone or other instruments to add to his already 'larger than life' sound.
Depends, Ocean Bed if I'm melancholy. Out getting ribs if I'm sad. Out getting cribs by DJJDsports (one of his side projects like Edgar The Beatmaker) is a song I put on when I'm just lifting or doing stuff and Has This Hit? If I'm feeling quite cheery. Yourself? Other than Ocean Bed
+Callum McCartney Thats awesome. Even awesomeER that you also enjoy King Krule. He's a dear favorite of mine and his song Ocean Bed is my alarm clock song. He has such unique character to him and the way it spills into his artistry is awe-inducing. What's your favorite King Krule song?
First found out about Mac Demarco 8 months ago or around then by using Spotify mix. Don't quite see the relation to King Krule it gave me, but I still like him.
+Callum McCartney Fantastic! Because we've opened a conversation on this video, I am fortunate enough to be able to listen to this song over and over again. It's a great song. Thank you for this. When did you first discover Mac Demarco?
+bosidex Thank you friend, you and your channel are amazing too but mangos are far more amazing than both of us.we must worship the mango mangos are life.mangos are eternal

Alter Bridge Verbally Ruminate About Ghost Of Days Gone By
An introspective interview with the members of Alter Bridge focusing on why they chose Ghost Of Days Gone By as a radio single, the ultimate genesis of the ...
@DavinSunrider I know, it's so great to have a good rock band full of REAL
musicians who actually know how to write music, know what they're doing
technically and musically, and who write good music with meaning and shred
and rock hard but are actually respectable people, they don't live the rock
and roll lifestyle, I don't think any of them do drugs, they drink and we
know Scott smokes, but not excessively! And they're married, at least Mark
has kids, and their all respectable PEOPLE!
That's why I love Alter Bridge; they can rock as hard as anybody else out
there, but their lyrics actually have meaning. They're not about chasing
girls and doing drugs and partying, they actually have meaning and feeling
behind them. This is an awesome song, but my favorite from 'AB III' is 'I
Know It Hurts'; they're saying there, "We all have periods of darkness, but
don't despair; it gets better." And that's something people really need to
hear nowadays.
i can agree but in another way....AB's music relates to this novel im
working on. i had the initial ideas in 2008 then i really got into AB and
it was weird because the lyrics are all perfect to the entire story. so
weird. but everytime i hear the songs, i hear the songs, there;s always
something i missed or something that gives me a new idea.
Thank you for the webisode! You guys are one of the greatest bands in so
many years I can't count. I really hope you continue to succeed and make
records, because a world without Alter Bridge is a much darker place.
Yes, I know several of their songs are about addiction, particularly on
'Blackbird', but none of them are glorifying the taking of drugs, which is
what I meant. The lyrics are about overcoming the addiction.
but bands like Limp Bizkit for example have Songs with stupid funny lyrics
and others with deep meanings. But after all i think they also make great
Music in General. :D justsayin
You Guys are so awesome, truly the greatest rock band of the 21st century.
Please come to South Africa, we have the most beautiful country with the
most dedicated fans!!!
Is he really saying about the difficulty "he jumped from, like, 4/4, to
6/8, or something bizzarre"? Because, man, that would have to be an inside
joke then :-/
