Do the cops ever give you a hard time at these meets? At the Sunday meets in Halifax they are always sitting at the entrance to the parking lot.

I have now been to two of these and never noticed any cops. Only a few morons rev up in and out of the place.

Pretty sure that white Aston was actually a V12 Vantage. If you look at the V8 ones they only have two vents on the hood, the V12 has four.

To be fair, here in Europe that is pretty impossible for a 16 year old. The biggest problem will be fuel, if you drive regularly and still own a very efficient motor. You will be spending around 200€ a month on fuel alone. Your insurance a year will be more than 1k for a young chap....don't forget your road tax too and your parking fees! :pMost youngsters get a company car, something like a VW Golf.I think life in the US is much cheaper. I wasn't asking you to tell your spending habits though.

i got a job when i was 14 and saved 95% of my pay checks, I don't take any money from my parents, I wouldn't call that spoiled, dedicated maybe...but yeah whatever

In Australia we still have to wait a few more months to recieve the first 4C and cars are double the price than they are in USA so were looking at $150-160K. You guys are so lucky in the USA !

+DoctaM3 Yeah probably taxes and the distance to bring cars here and maybe the protectionism for inefficient Australian car makers. But yes you guys are definetly very lucky to have cars much cheaper there than in Australia. Only compensation is that wages here are much higher on average than USA so I guess it balances out in a way

+Nelson Chen Yes.. you can switch the electronic dash to use either, say if you decide to roll into Canada or Mexico in style

If I get a 4C it will be fitted which slightly larger turbochargers, inter cooler with custom mapping. This car with 400whp would be a dream. And if I had enough cash left to play with a manual trans would be cherry on top.
