Great video presentation. I believe that the Betaine increases ATP production because youre supporting methylation which then supports PEMT and cell membrane production. If increasing cell membrane stability - then Id presume the mitochondria would be more able to produce ATP.

The speaker had a monotone delivery in his speech and his comment on the liver cell donors that received a "chuckle" from the audience was a total turn off.
