the time to teach others, and I have learned from you :) I have a little
tiny bit of advice for all the lovely chefs out there, please do not scrape
your pots and pans with a metal spoon! This causes the black lining inside
the pan/pot to mix in with your food and it is poisonous. That is why many
people prefer to use a wooden spoon when mixing ingredients in pots and
pans, since wooden spoons do not scrape the black (teflon-like) lining, but
do accomplish the job of mixing the food. Stay safe and keep cooking :)
