jm bullion tried to pump and dump on me I had 5 orders that came through b4 july 9 the day I ordered a 100 oz bar of silver while they built my confidance up to buy this big boy while my wire cleared on the 12th but they didn't print the shipping label until the 16th however it wasn't shipped but the lable said it would arrive on the 20th while the 20th came I noticed the label wasn't updated so I called jmbullion up after waiting for a 1/2 hour I got a rep they replied it will take 5 days to search the shop for the bar then they started to blame ups I replied how could ups loose it when the package wasn't scanned they replied we will help you out on filling the insurance claim but that will take 2-3 weeks to process from what I know about sec rules on buyer protection you are only covered for the first 30 days of the purchase at this point I knew they weren't shipping my bar so I accused them of the old boiler room pump and dump scheme the rep then said you don't need to report this as always when someone tells me I don't need to report it I immediately file a complaint at my bank needlessly I was refunded but they tried to cover this up by sending me a bar anyways it turns out if your payment clears a bullion bank has to start the shipping process within 2 days after the check or wire clears they didn't start until 4 days and didn't ship for 9 days but only after I confronted them on this if this happens to anyone I advise listen to the key sighns the blame game is a big one when they tell you you don't need to report this is a major one don't buy into their bullshit all there goal is to to is string you for 30 days once they succeed then you have to fille all complaints to the sec which can cost thousands to file start the report with your financial institution as soon as possible

I always thought Apmex was completely out of control with their prices. I only buy from them when I have no other choice (certain items not available anywhere else)

My experience with Apmex has been close to this review. There always seems to be something left out in their deals. I called and their customers service was, there is nothing that we can do. I no longer buy from Apmex even if their price is hot. Simply not worth the hassle.
