awesome video, it pumped me up,made me think of my wrestling years and made me think of my brother who was a great high school wrestler my hero, passed away at the young age of 25, i can see it like it was yesterday his hand being raised in victoy Bobby with his intense smile.mom and dad and all of us were so proud of him and in the end wrestling was the highlite of his life..miss you brother

yeah... no. Any trainer or coach that suggests you sacrifice the building-blocks of your physical conditioning for a desire to be successful has no concept of how to manage the equipment necessary to achieve and maintain success. Sleep well, eat right, and train seriously.
