+teasquare Having lived in 7 countries before moving here it`s a surprise it`s only slight. There`s lots of National Parks about, some with virgin forest growth. Just a bit rainy. But I don`t miss the polar vortex weather situation of the East Coast. I ride about a bit, when I have time, here is some aerial cityscape: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pi2V9XyKFkk
+thornwarbler ... yeaaah ... eventually, ... I don`t own it, so, ... I might use the vacuum gauge, you know, for synchronizing carburetors with and take measurements for fun, see how suction drops along the line. I`ll post a video if I get some good data. A vacuum mega suck-off among models, see which sucks most. Something like that. Then throw it out.
Onboard with Dyson Racing Street Course Baltimore - Guy Smith Qualifying American Le Mans Series
www.facebook.com/gtchannel for more exclusive videos. Guy Smith muscles the Dyson Racing Mazda Lola B12/60 for a qualifying lap on the Streets of ...
Tough course as you can see. This street course was extra bumpy. These
prototype cars were catching air on some parts of the track. They had to
put in that chicane on the second day because cars were falling apart. The
GT cars on the other hand were doing better on this track because they are
closer to street cars.
Check out my channel :D I too got to do a hot lap on the Baltimore course!
I also took a video of this car and all the other GT cars exiting the track.
Im a a brit, spent alot of time in the states and your ALMS series is mega!
Too the people who said they should use active aero... I know in europe
they played with it but its not allowed in GT racing because when you start
getting to that level of F1 tech it costs too much in R&D and test days to
get "active aero" to work! And then ron and ken from next door cant compete
after selling there houses... they would have to sell there daughters too!
Great bunch of guys Dyson Racing. Spent the weekend with them at VIR, my
first auto race after two decades of motocross. I was blown out of my
socks; scary is watching brave men charging s bend at 190 mph, then waiting
til the last second to brake. .. I'm hooked, I love for this now, watch
videos daily. :-D
Yes I agree, the GT battle was great, but the number 1 moment was watching
the DeltaWing crossing the finish line at night, after all the problems in
LMans the team managed to complete the 10hours and finish 6th, I honestly
take my hat off to Highcroft and the DeltaWingTeam
