Teeter hang up gravity/inversion boot review. Increase blood flow to your spine. Highly recommend you give them a try. You wont regret it! Link where I purchase ...
+Miles Watkins Teeters are defiantly the most comfortable inversion boots. The teeters are larger so it distributes weight evenly thorough out your ankle legs. SOme of the other companies are smaller so it puts more pressure on ur ankle area and the foam is not as soft.
They're not worth the amount they charge. The straps weaken due to
constant tension from prolonged use. Eventually the straps will pop like
they did when I was using them. And when you are inverted it is not a sound
you want to hear or that sudden unsafe feeling. I was quick to react and
got myself off the bar. Warranty is for 5 years after that teeter will be
of no help supplying replacement parts and you wont be able to get straps
for them. Get the steel clasp locking ones you see on ebay for a lot less
money. They do same job for less money.
Had them 6 years. Steel ones just need some extra foam padding to custom fit to your size for a snug fit. You can find narrow ankle fit ones.I never saw a negative review when I was searching for reviews on the teeters. You'd think for the price that this wouldn't happen. But when it does you realize the strap is made ot some sort of plastic and under constant tension and with age it will deteriorate. I recently saw on ebay.com another pair of teeters for sale with busted straps. I'm sure this must of happened to a few other users. Just thought i'd let others know. //www.ebay.com/itm/Spyder-SL-Hangups-Both-Left-And-Right-Gravity-Inversion-Boots-Broken-Straps-/252177453693?hash=item3ab6f2927d:g:TbMAAOSwjVVVrvAJ
+robert garvey Thanks for the feed back, How long did you have the boots before this happened? Ive been told the steel clasp ones are not as comfortable as the teeter boots. Maybe ill buy a pair to do a video review. Ive had mine for 2 years and use almost everyday and they are holding up well, no signs of wear. The strap is still solid. If these wear out after 5 years I would buy another pair just based on how comfortable & secure they are. Stay inverted Robert.
Wouldn't it be cheaper and even safer to just hang from using a climber's
baudrier (a sort of safety vest, easy to find) attached to a safety strap
to any exercise bar? one can just turn as much as desired and grasp the bar
with the legs. Or just hang flop or move as desired. To me it looks like
any mistake with the boots could result in serious accident.
considering the pelvis lies under the spine, I think it makes sense to assume spine stretching should be achieve likewise if attached from the pelvis -- also probably more confortable
+Eduardo Fox Not sure what you mean. But the whole point is to hang from your leg. People also do this to relief their spine. Using a harness anywhere other than your legs becomes pointless.
Dude can you PLLEEEEASE tell me what you did to get 2 sign ups in 1 day??
PLEEEASE I am begging you! I want to know EXACTLY what you did so i can
duplicate it exactly how you did it.

I own two APC Back-UPS. The first one has a LCD screen and plugs in the
computer via USB to provide better control and cooperation between the
two. I plug in my desktop computer, USB drive, and anything valuable on
this one. The second is smaller and I use it more for laptops and smaller
peripherals.
