Sell to the Flea Market Dealers move your as Glendon says light cheap items. I made $500 Bucks in about 20 minutes selling Figural Whiskey Bottles, Avon, Cheap Wood Carvings, Kitchen Stuff, When I told one Dealer I was Sellin Cheap and sold him, He Yelled "Fresh Blood!" They All Came Running........

Thanks for checking out the videos! Great question, most places over lock the delinquent tenant 5-10 days after the customer is late. Only after they pay in full do they have access to the storage unit again.

Hey glendon, Can you please do a video about profiling units. I play poker and I always watch my opponents. I've seen regulars bid on units they didn't even look at. But this weekend a 5x5 went for $300 when 2 regulars went at it, and it was a joke of a room 2 old tvs and 3 blank boxes. Then two 10x10's didn't fetch $100. I feel outmatched with information, is it background checks? Are they fed info from the managers? Whats your take?

@famousticketz - Call me paypal adverse, I still have an account but I rarely use it, it is great for buying, but just know if you get a lot of money coming in there may be some problems. I have no issue with be verified, my problem is they want to do it after you have a gang of money sitting in your account and they have you by balls, you are trying to serve your customers, they could do it a much better way. The whole process left me cold. Thanks for watching.

unixstud Thanks for checking out the videos! What you say is true for sellers selling the same category consistently, but it is not the feedback that is the problem, I ran into the limit thing several times because when you get items out of unit, your selling habits change constantly, one week you have high end shoes the next week you are selling Baker furniture.

It throws eBay and paypal one week I did 2500 the next I did 15000 and got a call form paypal which I did not answer next thing I know my money was on hold,once the customer got the stuff they release the money. If you don't know why they do this you will be pissed! I know I was, I am just trying to prepare people. I have a ton of ebay stories!

i just bought one of these units for $400, got tons of stuff 50 flat screen wii fit, pottery barn furniture, etc. ebay takes too much in fees things sell for not enough , the holds are a pain plus paypal takes a fee. id rather do craigslist or go to flea market. ebay is nice b/c you dont gotta meet up w/ people

I buy books from Amazon and Ebay. Books sometimes never get to me. Once one book was shipped by sea mail from Australia. ( they no longer send things by sea mail ). It took 3 months to get here. 2 books I ordered recently have never gotten here, one was mailed from England and went off into the twilight zone.

ebay takes a percentage now of your shipping costs!. (illegal), ebay forces you to ship out the product before you get your money (illegal), paypal payment holds on all new sellers... I can go on and on.

Dude, are you kidding, you don't make money on ebay anymore.. the top rated sellers are putting all regular sellers out of business. You can't make any money on ebay because of too much competition.
