+Nicolas Cage My guy was a bit rough around the edges, but he did a fairly good job. Just a shame he loved the light-hearted insult of "Muppet" - a word I hate being called :/Good news was I gained the DL196 (CBT certificate).
I've noticed all the Lindeburg material has most of the units in problems
in SI units. Even when for Civil fields like surveying where its rarely
used around here (I think). Does anyone whos taken the CBT FE know if most
problems are still in SI even for fields that operate in English units
usually?
In the Lindeburg material it says that most of the test is in SI even for
Civil fields but I didn't know if something like that would have changed
from the updated exam. I just figured it was worth noting especially for
someone who's never seen surveying in metric.

Thank you so much for this video..
I'm preping for my CE FE exam and just bought the Lindeburg PE. but I can't
tell, which parts of it I DON'T need to study? I mean, I know which parts
aren't related to my major but, how do I know what exactly what won't be
included in the test for me?
Thanks again for your help man.
//ncees.org/exams/fe-exam/ Here they have discipline specific lists of what will be covered and how many problems from each section. Good luck on your test!
Full Toefl ITP/PBT Listening Test
Hi everyone! Here I have a FULL Toefl Listening test. This is ITP / Paper Based, not iBT. Before you begin, please make sure you won't be interrupted. You must ...
+BeautyOnTest hi, thanks for the practice... but I am still confused. May "he's looked better" means that he is better, in order to the man visitED him?
I wonder if we could make an assumption while we could solve it without
making any assumptions. By having Ic= Ie - Ib so Ic= (Ve/500) - (Vb/1K)..We
could get Vb by doing Voltage Divider..then get Ve from Vbe=0.7=Vb-Ve (and
we have Vb)..then we can get Ic...Thanks a lot for your great effort.
By solving it this way, i got Ic= 8.6 mA not 18.6 mA

MOTORBIKES: HOW TO PASS YOUR TEST
UMAT are South Wales leading motorbike training school. Please see their presentation, so you can learn what is expected from you to pass your CBT, Module ...
@noobanator564 Once you own your bike that you want you would have to take
it to a bike shop/garage and ask them to do it (they will charge) then you
get a certificate if you ever get pulled over by police the certificate is
your proof of restriction you dont need to carry it with you though, But
like i said you can get the restriction kit removed which is illeagle if
your not 21 but you have the certificate so no one knows its de-restricted
;)
@KEVSONNOSVEK I did a crash course, and I'm 18. I did a CBT again for £70
(Through the same people as my first one with) and 2 days of training. Each
day was 4 and a half hours of general road riding with a calm, laid back
instructor. With the training and tests, it cost me just over £500. It's
such a good feeling when you pass, and I went from a 125cc Honda scooter to
a 600cc Honda Hornet. Good luck, and safe ridings!
@kiemx238 using your own words here is one of the boring f***ers....... I
don't wish to do point scoring, but at UMAT we don't just teach CBT, 125,
DAS. For my sins I've riden off-road competitively for 12 years with all
numerous Motocross events, National UK 2 Day Enduros, and also represented
Team GB at two ISDE's (International Six Day Events), but hey, your are the
top dog as you can do a wheelie - Bless You !
Mine lasted 2 hours. 15 minutes doing the tests and going through the bike
and procedures, 15 minutes riding around indoors getting used to the bike.
Then 1.5 hours on the road. Guess it varies on how fast you pick it up and
if the instructor feels comfortable taking you on the road. I was on my own
though so didn't have to wait around for others, and I do have a small
amount of experience from 10 years ago.
@Gooner2k11 If you hold a full car licence you will already have
provisional entitlement to ride a motorcycle. If you look on your paper
counterpart it will say provisional entitlements and list cat A
(motorbikes). If you have a provisional licence that covers A and B (bikes
and cars) if you do not currently hold a licence at all, you need to apply
for one. You can do that on direct.gov.uk.
@hashishking1990 more like 5-6 hrs for a proper cbt - documents eye sight
helmet and clothing 1hr bike mtce and controls 1/2 to 1 hr stands and
wheeling bike 1/2 hr riding on cbt yard - moving off ,control stopping,
gear changing ,e stop ,observations, uturn, fig 8, slow ride , left and
right junction drills 2/3 hrs road riding talk -about 1/2 to 3/4hr then a
minimum of 2 hrs on road
I didn't do my CBT here, but my instructor was a total dick. I hate the
un-nessasary pressure applied to you on training. Of course, you need to
learn it and do it right, but to apply too much pressure, like my
instructor did, is more likely to put someone off rather than make them
confident. Civilian methods of instruction are poor sometimes! I hope my
Module 1 & 2 is better!
Hey guys, nice vid and good info. Okay I had passed my CBT last year and
now would like to do my full test, have not yet done my theory but will
book it now within the next 2 weeks. Would just wondering if there are any
schools like this in Swansea which does the mod1 & 2? Or would I need to do
it at JT'S, where I had passed my CBT?
The UK Motorbike test is so over-rated. I did my CBT this time last year,
on an Automatic bike, then learnt gears one weekend, and took my module 1
on the following Thursday. I was really worried for that, but it's piss
easy. As for module 2, remember life savers, and you're sorted. In basic
terms, it's a glorified CBT :D
@Blackops272 hi, don't quite know what you are on about, at 1:03 filming is
still in the "office" (don't normally wear a helmet in the office!) but if
you mean from 3:01 the rider (me) had a full face helmet on, and the camera
man who was filming over my shoulder had an open face helment on.......
do any of you guys reckon id be able to: 1)buy a non LAMS bike after i get
my RE license 2)have it insured and registered and lastly 3) store it in my
garage *cough cough*....ah yes, store it in my garage. u heard me right.
pls answer, as I hate this revenue grabbing LAMS bullshit
@KEVSONNOSVEK . correct the voice activated systems only starts after the
first few words, which is why my boss asks us to wear another radio so that
we can hear what comes over the radio, thereby eliminating the problem also
i repeat everything after i have said it the first time
just done me cbt saturday just gone it's easy like but the only thing that
got on me nerves is the comunication problems with the radio i only ever
caught the last part of every thing he was tellin me to do its like the
radio wldnt kick in untill he said a couple of words first!
@hashishking1990 as an experienced instructor i take exception to being
called a liar , however as you have changed what you are saying IE A MOPED
perhaps that might just be the case if everything is rushed thru , however
i stand by my comments as most cbts last 5-6 hrs
@fatfree0 when did you do the crash course am 20 an am hoping to do it asap
now it seems to be more difficult now thou with this new thing they ave
bought out where you ave to ride on your own for 10 mins following road
signs to get to a particular destination.
Guts the best thign to do for your cbt is learn Junction and roundabouts
because if you dont do them saftly they automaticly fail you. I bought a
copy of the highway code and read it like 1 hour ont he way there and it
helped loads it was 2.50£ for the book.
Sounds exactly like mine, I'd rather fail it an have enjoyed the day so
that I do it again than be put off by the regimented process. Where did you
do your's out of interest? would be interesting if it where the same place
lol, I did mine in Bury.
Would i have to take my CBT again to apply for the MOD1/2 tests if my CBT
has expired? My CBT runs out in 3 months and i would like to take my mod1/2
tests soon. I just want to know if i would have to go through the hassle of
taking my CBT again.
@olicodders Did both Mod 1 & 2 on the same day. I personally feel that mod
1 is harder as it involves the maneuvers and that awful speed barrier! the
secret is keep it in 2nd gear for the speed barrier and rev right through
it! worked for me!
i did mod 1 training the other day in the pissing rain... the floor had
diesel on it from HGV's and my swerve and emergency stop where in massive
puddles -.- i didnt come off once =) my instructor said ill ace it =)
yippee, dont be nervous
a cbt allows you to ride a 125cc, under 12bhp bike (assuming your 17 or
over). the cbt lasts two years. with just a cbt you cant take pillion
passingers, or go on motorways. the therory, module 1 and module 2 are just
o do the full test.
I got to do my theroy tommorow, I hope i pass need to get my practical done
before end of august because my CBT runs out :( already done 7000 miles on
the road as a learner so im more worried about the theroy than this.
if you wish to ride on "L" plates on a learner legal 125 then all that is
required is Provisional cat "A" on your licence a valid cbt certificate (
which lasts for 2 years) and a roadworthy bike and an approved helmet
@kawasakikid800 you can , but unless its a learner legal bike (under 125cc)
how will you practice by yourself ? how will you get it to and from the
test center? also you probably wont get insurance either
