More than 250 Animal Rescued from Filth and Freezing Temperatures
Tuesday, November 12, 2013 On one of the coldest days of winter so far, 253 animals were rescued from deplorable conditions in Franklin County - domestic ...
1. I notice that the owner of these animals appears to be poor. (This is
not a crime?)
2. Mike Perkins states that because of the stacked cages the rabbits above
are dumping on the animals below. (I saw pans and sheets of metal on top of
the lower cages to prevent this from occurring. Is this a crime?)
3. Mr. Perkins said there was no evidence of food. (The thing that I CAN
see is well fed rabbits and feeding dishes. If there was no food in them at
the time they entered the property, it means nothing. The animals had
obviously been fed or they would not be so good looking. Nobody can raise
rabbits without feeding them and she apparently has quite a few. Logic
would dictate that they must have been fed. But because there was no feed
in their dishes,(according to Mr. Perkins), they were being abused.
Hogwash!)
4. Mr. Perkins then states that the water in the dishes was frozen.
(Brilliant discovery! Water freezes at 32 degrees.... a common thing, so
what? Ponds regularly freeze over on farms where cattle are raised as well
as other livestock. Is HSMO going to start raiding ranchers and stealing
their cattle in the winter now?)
5. He also notes "hair loss". (I have raised thousands of rabbits. They
constantly shed hair. Also, some rabbits lack hair in certain places,
especially the head, due to genetics. Is this a crime?)
6. Then there is the bite marks. (The dreaded bite marks! Sometimes rabbits
fight. It's a fact of nature. Get over it.)
7. Perkins notes respiratory issues. (What does that mean? They were
breathing out and breathing in? What a dunce.)
8. Then there is the "over-crowding" issue. (This man has no idea how
rabbits live. If he could see into a burrow he would loose his marbles!)
9. Now onto the "malnourished" goats. (Those are some of the best looking
goats I've seen! I raise them, also. They were downright fat! This Perkins
is an idiot. They were in great condition...their hair looked good...they
had weight on as I said...I saw NO runny noses...just good looking, well
fed goats. He said there was no food as the video panned the pen layered
with hay! What a crime!)
10. The dogs looked very well fed as well. (I would like to know what dog
food she is using and where I can get some!)
11. Finally, the Longmeadow Ranch staff...CAUGHT! Stealing goats! And it's
all on film! What a scoop!
You HSMO people have a screw loose on this one. Anyone with half a brain
can see through this B.S.
THEYRE ONLY AFTER THE PIECE OF PROPERTY SHES ON...HER ANIMALS HAVE ALWAYS
BEEN HER BABIES, AS WELL AS HER LIVELYHOOD; THIS WAS JUST OUT AND OUT
HARRASSMENT OF A POOR PERSON AS DAVID ROSE SO ELEQUENTLY PUTS IT IN HIS
COMMENTS. HSMO HAS GONE TOO FAR (AGAIN)
Goats seem to be doing well, strange. As for the rabbit, of course it is
not great but it is farm conditions. Life of many rabbits. You should start
a large communication not just one owner. Don't like what I saw !
