+Wal Ter i absolutely love these videos, i can't get enough. they are clear as day. the laws are broken by the police. but yeah, where is the resolution? where is the end game? i feel so unfulfilled. lol

God forbid he work for the people who pay him and actually know the law rather than give any tax payer who walks through the door static.

He's not hiding anything in the document being requested.  He's engaged in his training to dominate and subjugate the citizen.  By simply and without conflict, complying with the request, he would expose his proper role in American society as a servant of the people, not an agent of the central authority.

Also included in his email is information about Florida's  public records law. Even so these public entities still deny access about 60% of the time. Joel then sues them and part of his demands is that they train their  staff regarding public records and place a sunshine manual in the lobby. After costly litigation for the agency Joel wins 99% of his cases. 3 months later Joel will send the same agencies the email and return to make  the same records request...... in most cases they pull the same exact nonsense.

+Gregory Cushing You should really get off his dick.I haven't tried to discredit him whatsoever and I didn't discredit his lawsuits one bit.  Your man love has affected your comprehension.Videoing his supervisor is just as laughable as videoing him.  How is one better than the other?  Isn't his goal to catch dirty cops?  Why are you so opposed to catching his dirty supervisor?  Oh, because you are a hypocrite.  I understand.

I am not sure if you have any clue, but if you think some how videoing his supervisor will somehow enact change, then you are just laughable. All power to stop this is within the court and judicial system. You can attempt to vote out illegal behavior, but clearly the US is doing so well with that right now. You do not change illegal behavior in one day. It takes many years to change a behemoth out of control bureaucracy.Its clear as day that you just will keep goal posting, when the man is doing the only action that will solve the problem when the system is forced to by the judicial branch. Your alternatives are a joke, shame them in the court of public opinion. Great Idea. Maybe you should come up with some viable plans before you make such statements. Its only makes you look incompetent  and its clear to see your weak attempt to discredit someone who has done the correct moves has no real effect on the merit of what Jeff is doing.  

+Gregory Cushing How's that?  How exactly has Jeff's prior lawsuits done anything at all to affect change in this deputy's behavior?  Obviously they haven't or else he would be following the law.  So like I correctly said, his past lawsuits change absolutely nothing about what I wrote.

+HONORYOUROATH That's nice.  I wasn't talking about Joel Chandler.  It's nice that you recognize someone is doing it correctly.Why are you so opposed to showing them the law they are violating while you are there?  It would add content to your "stories" as well as add nails to their coffins.  Yet you refuse based on the sorry excuse that "someone else does a lot of suing" and "better results can't be achieved."Nothing's stopping me, but I've got my own hobbies.  Besides the fact that I like what you are doing and I don't have a problem with your content at all, except for the fact that you drop the ball in every video you make.

+Josef Roesler I have filed multiple law suites against public records access violators and so far I have a 100% win rate. For now I am keeping the results to myself for tactical reasons. 

+Frank Kintz Jeff doesn't.  He just makes videos.  At least videos of him speaking to this guy's boss would be something.  He doesn't even do that.

Not so. Check out Fog Watch on You tube. Joel Chandler has been doing public record request for years. Jeff Grey has been on numerous audits with Joel. Joel walks in ask for the record, makes sure they are given every opportunity to comply and allows them to clearly tell him all the same bs you see here. Joel very politely says thank you and walks out. The next day he files a law suit. Most of the time they settle out of court. Upon occasion he will let it go to trial. I think he said his record is 99% in his favor. He has done hundreds of these. After they are out money they learn about the law. Some private companies working under contract with the state have lost their contract because of their stupidity.So your statement that nothing will happen and nothing will change is not the case. Change comes one step at a time. Their arrogance and ignorance also keeps us entertained.
