Hi katie, I'm a graduate nurse and I had a question. What happens if your bully continues with her bullying or answer you in a hosting way after you told her how you felt? Do you go to the supervisor and talk about the situation or you try again talking it out?

Report them to the supervisor. There's no talking it out with someone who's a bully. But you need to let them know that you won't tolerate that from them and don't let them walk over you! Stay strong and report them!

+Katie Duke OMG thank you so much! I am an RN student who has been getting bullied this week by my classmates and floor nurses. I have been so discouraged and felt so kicked down that I wanted to quit nursing all together if this is what being a nurse meant. PLEASE promote more awareness of intolerance of inter-nursing bullying!!!

Sadly the nurse involved was charge that day. A real shame. I let one of the clinical instructors for the current semester know about what had been occurring and she brushed off the incident with the nurse but is now working with me how to be handle the situation with my classmates. Since this video's posting though the harassment and bullying continues.
