I fixed it pretty soon after I uploaded the video, just thought I would leave it here for reference. I had both bovs "T"ed off of the same vacuum line and they were not getting enough pressure to open fully. Something I had tried to just clean it up a little, I put it back the way it was once I figured out what the problem was.

+khan brah Why an automatic Boost controller? Just curious, as what I had planned was, dual manual and separate boost guage for each turbo as to keep them both equally regulated. Just curious as I have this planned in the immediate future just waiting on some parts to arrive.

Have you verified spark? Make sure you have all the grounds on the efi
harness bolted to the plenum and you should add some fresh 93 octane to
balance out that old fuel.
