That time is long past due. A perfect example of politicians forcing petty laws on us all (which goes against the highest principles of the constitution), but they are too tight with the purse strings to make the buses safer to ride in. A bus is the place that needs seat belts, compared to any passenger car. The lack of seat belts in buses, proves the politicians are not what they claim as they pass many other illegal laws against we the people.

I am sorry, but a few people will be laughing at you for not being old enough to catch the 'Week end updaye' from an early version of SNL with Gilda Ratner. See did skit about that very problem, "Busting school children". The other 'news anchor' corrected her at the end of her rant, "busing" and she said her usual, "Never mind". It was a joke, or an attempted joke.

Stop busting the kids. What have they done to deserve getting busted? They don't even know the cops are really not the good guys yet, and they are busting them. What can busting the kids accomplish?
