Raw Dog, You look soooooooo good!! It's been a few months since I saw you. And Happy Birthday. What a great birthday gift you've given yourself--a new you! I've got some great onion bread that I call Scarborough Fair in the dehydrator- flax whole and ground, red onions, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme from my garden, some salt, chipotle, EVOO and water. Hey Crystal! I wanted to go raw for a ton of reasons! The biggest one had to be how fun it sounded! Trying to create delicious foods using the freshest healthiest ingredients seemed like a worthy culinary challenge!
