Thank you Dr Haliyana :) we had a great time doing this assignment. yes, i've just added the link to website and facebook page. Thanks for your feedback.
Tried already but with a different variation, it tastes so much better if
you grill it instead of just broiling if you are lazy. You don't
necessarily have to boil the teriyaki alternate method has many different
variations you can use just mirin, sake, or more amounts of soy sauce
depeninding on how sweet you want it. I prefer mine minus ginger and with
more alcoholic content when cooking the chicken (which is why I don't like
the idea of boiling the sauce).
It looks delicious and I finally buyed all the ingrediants in a new asian
store here in Holland today. I've a question about the temperature of the
broiler. How high is it in degrees ?? And what do you recommend for
broiling times of a chicken breast ?? Anyway, thangs for the delicious
recepi . keep up the good work ?
dont forget I always have the ingredients and an article on the website.
But, i like viewers to write down their own steps. That way that have to
watch it a few times (you'll always see something new) and also they can
put it down the way they like it.
my teriyaki always turns out dry and hard (chicken breast)..I'm probably
over cooking it or something...I use soy sauce, sake, and dry sherry..but I
can't get the consistency that I want...
