Yup...not quite sure how that makes me ignorant. They decorated in December decorations (Christmas) and mentioned a bunch of holidays that weren't at all close to Christmas. It was an ignorant attempt at being politically correct. I get what they were trying to do, but they should have done some research.

I don't go to CMU, but I find this mildly offensive. Most of the
non-christian holidays mentioned occurred long before this video was made.
Ramadan was in July and August, Diwali was in Late October and Rosh
Hashanah was in September. If you don't want to mention non-Christian
holidays, then don't...but if you do, at least mention the right ones. This
makes CMU look unprepared to deal with a diverse student body, which it
would appear not to have.

+Jac490I think you're missing the point - the point is that it looks stupid to bring up holidays that aren't appropriate to the season. And I have to wonder, just how was I supposed to know I shouldn't watch this video? Did I miss the warning that said if you know anything about other religions don't watch this because it will make you feel embarrassed?I'm hoping this comment will get back to the people who made the video so they will know a little better and think about such messages next year.
