I actually have the original music on a reel-to-reel tape. It came from Terry Sweet & Associates in Wauwatosa, WI. It doesn't seem to have a name though.

+Kurt Kauffman I guess the Television and Cable Factbook you had referenced was the reason for the date's appearance in the article about WKRG-TV on Wikipedia (the book was still wrong, though, since various Broadcasting yearbooks and news articles from the local broadcast area of WKRG-TV had September 5th, 1955 as the date of its first broadcast before Wikipedia ever existed).
