THIS IS MY 2011 RUBICON WHICH HAD A BALL JOINT REPLACED AT 14K BECAUSE AN AXLE SHAFT HAD BROKEN AND DAMAGED THE BALL JOINT.

No question about your assertion that it was bad. Seems you have done this operation once or twice before. Thank you for taking the time to document the process. As someone who has basic mechanical abilities (and a 2011 Rubicon), I really appreciate that you went to the trouble of making this video to educate others. I hope that I don't suffer the same issue, but if I do, thanks to you, at least I will have an understanding of what needs to be done to fix it. Happy wheeling!

Yes it is bad. The thing I have learned from dick hannah is that they could not even tell you the difference in trim levels for most vehicles. Not only do they not know the performance specs of the vehicles they sell, you must educate them and show proof to them.

Mine look exactly the same and I have been told the same thing = they are within spec.... What fool wrote the spec??
