+ClearHealthyMinds Thanks for the advice. Just to point out, I do all of the above. Also my being in a wheelchair is NOT the reason for my depression. I grow up in a very emotionally dysfunctional family, who unfortunately I am still exposed to too much for my liking.....
haha yes she's quite hyperactive at times! :P...Sorry to hear you're in a wheelchair. Try and eat wholesome foods - lots of vegetables, especially green ones, nuts and seeds to help your brain function to the best of its ability. Just because you can't physically exercise, keep your brain active with mind puzzles, reading, maybe participating in online discussions, watching movies, socializing - anything to keep busy. It's one of the hardest things to do when you're depressed, but one of the best things to get you out of it. TRUST ME! Hope this helps and you're having a better day. Kristen :)
+ClearHealthyMinds I know you refrence Douglas Bloch's book 'Healing From Depression'. I have the book, but haven't read it fully...... Bad me. lolI'm in a wheelchair, so can't really exercise, any advice. Your dog seems hyper, I think she'd get on well with my King Charles Cavalier..... :)
