this reporter has no personality,he seems scared to talk to any of them.why
don't you send someone more fun to watch. I can see why he nt in alot of
shots...just narrating.
I'm not sure how Vice stumbled upon this "journalist" or how exactly he was
chosen, but its clear from miles away that this is not the man for the job.
Thomas should have never left the safety of Starbucks, preferable one in an
affluent suburb.
He always looks like so uncomfortable and awkward. If this was the man that
Vice sent to do a report on my culture I'd be offended.
He shoulda invested in the services offered at that brothel. Loosen up
brother!
Plus, we already know European took over Africa and yes it was wrong of them but it be easier to play their historical roles if they had an advantage compared to the other bots.
Interviews with Calais/Europe illegal immigrants - Africa to England
Migration crisis in europe has been deepening every year and now is taking new levels - all because of the war perpetrated by USA and Europe that has ...
so sad, the look on this young man's face (14:20) when interviewer told him
he wasn't wanted in England. What is he 14, 16? Alittle older? He should be
in high school applying for college scholarships. Traveled all that way on
hope and dreams only to be told he's not wanted. Is this really who we've
become? Not caring for others fleeing god knows what horrors. I believe
governments have the right to defend their borders but what about
humanitarian concerns when there are obviously huge problems in the middle
east and some african countries. I would not wish anyone to be an illegal
alien, to live like that must be truly awful. Always frightened you'll be
caught and returned. Just a nightmare all round.
We BRITISH need to fight to take our country back using the SPIRIT of the
2nd World War....our forefathers would be turning in there graves at the
British subjects loosing there fight for there own rights......FIGHT I SAY
FIGHT......FIGHT for your nation true British subjects.
uk they can find a job home when the UK people are becoming homeless yet we
home and stet them up with all they need before the people of the UK
and many people aren't running from war ridden country's they coming to UK
because we have become a soft touch this needs to change now
if we can't home are own people we shouldn't home them
+SMEGY 89 what are you talking!? UK homeless rate is all time low //www.crisis.org.uk/data/files/publications/Homelessness_Monitor_England_2015_final_web.pdf
+Abdul aleq Without British invasion, could you go on net?could you have a tv? You might still ride on camel without a car.Oh, I nearly forgot. Could you read and write without whites?
and you saying they have never taken from other land you are blind and foolish every country has taken from other lands the most powerful and the one force that took more than any other country was an empire known as the Ottoman Empire they made more people homeless and family-less and shed more blood and they also enslaved people but don't hear people like you bring that past up and use that against thembut again i like to point out something there seems to be more single males running than family's woman and children why is that?
You people invaded their country colonized it, plundered, and looted most of the resources. And now you don't them run after it.!! emigrants in any country work hard with less money which is still a benefits for you.Tell your grandfather to give what was plundered back to them and you will not see a single emigrants
but there are over 70.000 children homeless and around 125.000 UK people homeless yet we house migrants first and for most that is wrong and we are destroying more of the UK country to make homes not for the UK people but for migrants and as their numbers of migrants increase crime like rape violent fraud are increasing and their are more people having multiple children that they can't afford to look after them so they take welfare and keep popping out children and i'm not talking about 1 or 2 children i'm talking 6 to 10 children and claiming more and more and demanding more and they wouldn't get this in their won country let alone we wouldn't get that kind of hospitality and helpand yet when they come hear crimes increase sorry to say but not for migrants not because of their color or where they are from but the actions they commit and they not willing to integrate ether
+SMEGY 89 Yes, thats right! Blacks seem to be more violent and racist race and they tend to fight with each other. Before Gadaffi,Sadam,Khaddam the life was "better" ther, but now with leaders put in place that those little tribes don't accept, they start war with each other. We can't force democracy so much on people who refuse it. West did good job on South Africa Republic, but it took hundreds of years to accomplish. All i say, we west are now suffering because of our past decicions. Talking about statistics then only some thousands of total of 800 000 migrants want to go to UK. Rest stay in Germany,France,Greece,Italy etc...
Africa has nothing to do about us we are not waging war there against a terrorist group we are not sending troops there for offensive reasons Africa is in the state it is because of it own peoplethey rape kill and destroy because their are so many cultures and beliefs that clash with one and other nothing to do with usand please don't bring up years of slavery because when Africa had an empire their own leaders used their own people as currency and sold their own people so their own people are the source of their torment and this blame and thinking that it was all the white mans doing has to stop nowif you want to blame people blame all the people not just the white manand if you wanna look at the middle-east they still enslaving people and if you combined Europe and USA and compare that to the middle-east the middle-east has enslaved far more that Europe and USA combined
+SMEGY 89 When Europe/USA tried to put their own guy in the chairs of African countries and failed and by that destabilized the whole region. Keep in mind that African people are favoring more dictator leadership, not because they are suffering under it, but they have different culture and prefer a strong had to lead them. Now when people there are suffering because of us, we are obliged to help them any means necessary.
it's called auto-spell on my phone as i used my phone when i commented plus i'm dyslexic and i have to say that if all you can comment on is my spelling and not the fact of my comment on if we can't house are own people then we shouldn't house them then you are simply a troll looking to bring nothing but negative comments

have you ever heard about "salting the earth so nothing will ever grow
there again"? yeah... thats kida your answer. And also you should settle
America! Lots of resoucres there, you might have to deal with the aztecs or
the indians or whoever pwnd Washington tho.
You could build a city in Norway or up at Iceland/ geenland I'm in northern
Ireland and there are lots of farmers here. There's a big lake in the
middle, lots of rivers and it never stops raining so you would think that
the farms should be good on the game
Mangrove trees are normal plants, and they grow in salt water... Also, he
lives where there is no coast for 1000+ miles in any direction, now who's
the real imbecile? YOU (in case you couldn't figure that one out)
Iowa boy, huh? And we have more than two rivers, we have a third cutting
down the middle And we have nice loamy soil from millenia of praries living
and dieing in the same spot.
friendly recommendation, you can use your open order to exchange at least
50 bugs, and by the way, the building things do takes a lot of money from
you, need to choose wisely
@Thunderkleize or you could just carry on untill you can research
"Fertilizer" wich gives the exact same bonus to farms that doesn't have
acsess to fresh water.
Do not set up in Madagascar. Not yet atleast. Work your way down into
Africa first, sending a settler all the way through is dangerous and would
take ages.
Zimbabwe accent (English speaking) by a Zimbabwean [in Africa]
This is a typical Zimbabwean accent of someone whose first language is English. I made a short clip about Zimbabwe (no politics) to show how the Zimbabwean ...
There is a lot of slang that only english speaking Zimbabweans and South
Africans understand. Here are some examples: dop/doro - alcohol (usually
beer) benda - a party klap - punch/hit china or boet - friend/mate
(normally male) greezy - muscular braai - barbecue buri - boerewors (its a
type of sausage) gwans - problems/drama/tension between people warried -
dont care bali - father/dad gwash - stupid/ugly daji - girl bleak - angry
mull - nice/awesome binac / benacks - home/house doss - sleep
Hi Hibernius, thanks for the question. Our neighbouring countries as those
countries with whom we share a border. It is true that Zimbabwe and Angola
are near neighbours in Southern Africa but since Namibia shares a border
via the Caprivi Strip and Angola doesn't share a border with Zimbabwe, I
said that Namibia was a neighbour. Just check a map of Southern Africa
again and you'll see that technically Zimbabwe borders Botswana, Zambia,
Namibia, South Africa and Mozambique. Hope this helped.
Hi Beatriz You're welcome. This was just a rough video but I'm glad it
helped. Look for a language called "chilapalapa", a creole of Ndebele,
English & Shona used in some places in Zimbabwe, with other versions in
English-speaking Southern African. You'll find some interesting words of
this Ndebele, Shona, English mix if you search the internet for "curious
chilapalapa words", as I did. e.g. "come-come"= rain "sure" = ok, good, I'm
fine, thanks etc. Good luck and let us know how it goes
My sister has lived in the uk for over a decade - and always gets asked if
she is South African much to her annoyance! She has a Pom friend who for a
couple of years always introduced her to others as "my South African"
friend, before finally calling her Zimbabwean! I on the other hand having
been living in SA for well well over 15 years, and although I will never
forget my Zim roots and the lovely country I grew up in, I think I am now
more s/african than Zimbo........
Hey! First of all thank you very much for making the video, I have to do a
presentation about the english influence in Zimbabwe and I will use your
video to show the students the accent. I already looked for english words
that are only used in zimbabwe but I can't find it.Since you are from
Zimbabwe I was hoping you could tell me a few words and their meaning.
Words that are used nowere else. Thanks for your time and I would
appreciate it a lot if you could help me! :)
I understand how your sister felt. I too on many occasions have been
referred to as South African. Even after correcting people that I'm a
Zimbo, some just brush it off saying "Yes yes, Zim, South Africa same
thing". I always get my own back when I respond "England, France same
thing" lol. Sometimes I'm asked, especially on the phone, if I'm from
Australia. That always make me laugh :D.
Yes, I would definitely recommend Zimbabwe for a visit. You can get most
things in the country nowadays and there are many options and places to
see. Obviously you have an idea of Victoria Falls, Matobo/ Matopos NP,
Hwange NP, Great Zimbabwe, Khami ruins, etc from the video, but there are
many other interesting places to visit and the people are very friendly.
Great :) I've been thinking about taking up my best friend's offer about
going to U of Z for their three year theatre arts course :) I was a little
skeptical at first, but now I can't stop thinking about the possibilities :)
Haha, it must be snowing in the UK right now Danny, so Kariba would
definitely be a much better place to be. I know what you mean, people often
think I'm South African too. I hope you catch a big tiger when you're in
Kariba
This is such a nice video about Zimbabwe. It is so nice to hear about Zim.
I was looking at blog about isiNdebele, northernndebele.blogspot.com, and
then I looked at your video too. Zimbabwe is such a nice place.
Haha, I've heard a few guesses too- the weirdest one perhaps was that I was
from Canada. The neutral UK (London) accent is pretty similar though so
that's a reasonable guess. Hope you're enjoying the states
Brilliant post. I will also recommend the Eastern Highlands. Think, Vumba,
Nyanga, Chimanimani mountains, Juliasdale and of cause fishing trout in the
many lakes and golfing at Troutbeck Inn
you sound good :D which part of zimbabwe are you? You sound different than
my boyfriend..he's a zimbabwean but he's from harare..i love ur accent
though..kinda hv a british accent ;)
Hey Cassie, thanks, glad you enjoyed it. I'm from the City of Kings,
Bulawayo. The Harare accent is similar, perhaps with a bit of regional
differences
