I really hate the glare...but like I said in another comment...I don't think they think of us videographers when placing the machines - lol. Really wasn't a fan of my bookend nosy neighbors trying to play my game. It was really distracting...but this is what you get at the locals...I hate em...but sometimes I don't want to do that AC expressway ride...I can only imagine how you feel with yours being sooooo close...it would be hard for me to stay away.

Not a detailed review. No demo whilst the car is in motion. No details on
the max size/weight of phone that stays in place when in motion.. Does it
come in any other colours and what type/grade of magnets used. Although it
is obvious they are neodymium. The Halls sensor is a compass, used to
replace magnetic sensors that were in older phones. And so phones that have
Halls can be used with magnetic mounts and cases without concerns about
distortion of GPS coordinates. Your phone switches off because it detects a
magnet and believes it is in a case and therefore conserves power by
switching the screen off. This function can be removed in settings.

+dj red hare aus this one was wide enough that it wedged between the strut towers, but sometimes ill use Rok straps but most of the time build the box for the car so it fits snug

+Australia's Biggest Bass Channel Thanks. Im going with the inserts and hope its small enough. The test wood I used was destroyed using a #10. Ordered some 8's recently. If it fits, do u feel they would have sufficient grip for a pair of 12's and 2-3k?
+Bassaholic40 yes i used T-nuts but threaded inserts do the same job, only thing is the inserts need more wood to bite into so some subs holes dont have a big gap between the basket and the T-nuts are the only option

If you go to the link in my description for my LV trip reports my image is
all over the place & I've actually had people sit down next to me at a slot
in Vegas and say "Hey aren't you the one that writes the trip reports and
post the videos?" If you are watching videos by Sdguy we were both in Vegas
recently for a lot tournament and playing Lord of the Rings on the casino
floor at Aria and a couple came up and recognized him. Of course they
mainly recognized him by his signature voice & yell. ;)
So many comments and questions but I'll withhold them and ask only one you
cannot answer: Those happy celebrating annoying dancing people, paid actors
or Aristocrat employees? If I worked for Aristocrat, I would have happily
been the banana dude. Diana, I could see you as that cowgirl who whips out
her pistol! :). Surprisingly, I'm looking forward to trying this one. :)

would make a cute banana due. :) I was surprised how much I enjoyed this

Well I actually meant the people from within the show itself lets make a
deal or American Idol. But in any case if I were to visit vegas yes I would
know SD's voice in an instant and maybe yours too =). But I live in
Washington State and don't have that much money to travel.
LOL, sorry for the misunderstanding. I hope you wouldn't hear my voice
screaming out. ;). We have relatives in Washington State and visit there
now and then so you never know if we will cross paths!

I am writing because I bought the U-Grip Plus Universal Car Mount For
Smart Phones (from Meijer in my local area). I used the 3M-sticker on my
dash to enable the suction base of the U-Grip to stay on my dash. A week
after I had installed it in my car I ended up buying another car. In the
process of moving it all, after removing the 3M-sticker disc it was
misplaced or thrown away by mistake. I just need to BUY another 3M-sticker
disc so that I can use it on my dash of my new car, because the U-Grip does
not stay on the dash of my new car either. I have been trying to BUY
another one from Aduro, but they have been giving me the run-a-round for
several days now. I don't know where else to turn and am reaching out to
see where I can get another one of those 3M-sticker discs so that I can use
my U-Grip again.
