Schrade SCHA11BS "Shizzle" EDC Folding Knife - Knife Reviews
The Schrade SCHA11BS 'Shizzle" MAGIC Assisted Opening EDC folder features AUS 8 steel, a partially serrated blade, aluminum handles, a liner lock and a ...
+Survival On Purpose I've got two questions for my friend. First, is your name Bryan or Brian, and second, do you think you could look into doing a review for the Schrade SCH911DBS? Thanks!
Good review as always, sir. Not a big fan of serrated edges or hip-hoppy
monikers.
I'd like your thoughts on an all around knife suitable to be used as a
first responder knife/tool. Not the $10 Chinese flippers they hawk at the
cheapo table at gun shows; but something you would feel confident could get
the job done repeatedly and reliably. Thanks for all the time and effort
you put into all of your reviews, btw.
good video Sir,
But why don't you add to show us some Cardboard Test or seatbelt Cutting
test ???
after all it a EDC Knife 95 % people use for such tasks

Watch The Grounding Mat Work

Or just take off your shoes, go outside and stand in the grass. That's much
more natural than sitting on any mat plugged into an outlet. And it's free!
+precarious333 Agree. Definitely is best to get out on the grass barefoot. These grounding products are to make it easy to be grounded for long periods of time.
I am sorry but I could not get much of what you were telling me because of
your precious child screaming and crying for attention. He got mine and I
quit watching. Is this really the place to have a kid that clearly needs
your attention. I will have to go to some place else to get my information.
You have both the mat and the volt meter connected to the same ground which
means when you stepped on the mat it simply completed the loop from the red
probe to the black probe and therefore dropped the volt meter to 0.
This video shows, the difference between your body voltage and ground when
you're off the mat, the difference between the red and black probe when you
are on the mat but NOTHING about the mat actually transferring current
between your body and ground.
I hope this is simply a lack of understanding of electric and you are not
intentionally trying to deceive people.
+Ernest Martin For anyone questioning the Volt Meter test, I understand. I"m working on a conversation with the owner of the company to see if he'll share more about this actual test with me. In the mean time, if you want to verify this test without a volt meter, check out this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLOx1kWCWoc
+ChamorruWarriorGrounding definitely helps and it's not dangerous. It works so good that if someone is on blood thinning medication, it is important to consult with their doctor and possibly reduce the dosage, or quit taking it all together.
+organicadventureshow Thanks for your input. All that being said, what are the results of these double blind tests and could you point me to some legit studies? There seems to be a love or hate thing going on with grounding.
+ChamorruWarrior Filling in here, it's not a placebo effect that earthing makes a difference. In double blind controlled studies, the results are consistently different, in consistent ways for the subjects that are grounded, vs the ones that are not grounded.Double blind means that neither the subjects or the people administering the tests know which people are grounded and which ones aren't.That means, no matter what a person expects grounding to do for them, it's going to consistently do exactly what it does, no matter how you think about it.
+ChamorruWarrior in theory, the grounding socket of any outlet should be perfectly safe. my only concern would be someone ignorant or incautious using an outlet in any way other than intended.
+pyr666 Last question: In your opinion, is this potentially dangerous for the person using the "earthing technology" with an electrical outlet or will they just receive no benefits?
+pyr666 I was thinking that too. Like just the act of sitting there alone in almost a meditative state was just relaxing my body and thus reducing stress. I'm glad you mentioned meditation as a legitimate health benefit. It kind of shows me that you're not just one of those skeptics who just hate everything that sounds "hippie-ish" or "new age" cause it's some new fangled BS made up by druids or some shit haha
+ChamorruWarrior"What do you have to say about people who have seen good results of earthing?"placebo or misattribution."I personally have tested sitting in the grass for a half hour in the morning a couple times and have felt as if it worked reducing pain from a headache or two, as well as a stupid calf issue I've had for a while."have you tried any other meditation or relaxation routines? stress can have very real, and negative, health effects. headaches and muscle cramps being among them.I suspect taking 30 minutes to do essentially nothing is helping your mental state more than anything. health guru's like to oversell it, but meditation really is good for you.
+pyr666 Thanks for the reply, man. I'll look into the herbs. What do you have to say about people who have seen good results of earthing? I personally have tested sitting in the grass for a half hour in the morning a couple times and have felt as if it worked reducing pain from a headache or two, as well as a stupid calf issue I've had for a while. I wasn't doing any crazy amount of experiments and documenting it or anything, maybe it's in my head, idk???
I'm saying the specific test doesn't make sense. I'm actually quite open minded about earthing and may actually try it myself. Some of the questions that I had while looking into it are: 1. Why do some people have adverse affects from it. I don't know if these are rare or common. 2. For those who experience positive results, what is actual cause, a steady flow of current, a lower or higher charge in the body, a path for free radicals to escape or something else. I think I would strongly consider at least trying this if I had "inflammation and stuff". Peace.
+ChamorruWarrioraside from losing the money out of your pocket, there's no real risk."Are you against the idea of earthing period or are you just saying that this specific test doesn't actually make sense?"both."My parents have lots of physical issues that cannot be reversed or fixed so I'm looking for ways to improve their lives by reducing inflammation and stuff."turmeric. one of the only herbs shown by legitimate science to help.
+pyr666 Hey, I just bought one of these sheets for my parents online. Can you tell me the risks of this? The more I research the more I find people like you who seem to understand electricity and they all seem to say the same thing. Are you against the idea of earthing period or are you just saying that this specific test doesn't actually make sense? My parents have lots of physical issues that cannot be reversed or fixed so I'm looking for ways to improve their lives by reducing inflammation and stuff. In your opinion, is this dangerous or just a silly way to test something that actually does work?
+organicadventureshow"The basic fact of the matter is double blind controlled studies have shown that Earthing helps people in multiple ways, and anyone who thinks they can refute that, I welcomingly invite to try."gonna need sources on that. but moving on..."Enlighten us all and show us how to properly measure the Electrical charge on a person's body"the simplest answer is to attach the ground of your multimeter to a proper ground. by attaching it to the mat, it simply becomes part of the circuit.but millivolts are so easy to generate that you probably can't accurately measure it without lab equipment. humans are mildly acidic carbon based life. the act of you touching one of the metal leads could probably create a hundred+ milivolts just by way of chemistry.but what really makes this silly is that it doesn't matter what your charge is. the thing that actually hurts you is current, and current happens whenever there is a difference in either direction. unless everything you touch has the exact voltage you do, current is going to move through you any time you interact with anything
I would never intentionally try to deceive people. The basic fact of the matter is double blind controlled studies have shown that Earthing helps people in multiple ways, and anyone who thinks they can refute that, I welcomingly invite to try.If you have an understanding beyond mine on the subject of physics and think I'm doing this test wrong, please correct me in my method. I learned this method from people who have a solid understanding of electricity and are very scientific minded. In addition, the people I learned this from work with Doctors, whom all openly support as fact the findings of the studies done on Earthing. So Please Ernest Martin. Enlighten us all and show us how to properly measure the Electrical charge on a person's body, and the right way to test if Earthing is changing that electrical charge.I know it doesn't take a skilled physicist to figure out that the body does gather static electricity at the very least, and you can ground that out by taking your shoes off an placing them on the earth. It's also true that the founder of Earthing has made statements contrary to yours. He says it's a lack of understanding that causes people to misunderstand how Earthing is actually working. Some people believe that grounding yourself pulls electrical current from around you into the ground, but Clint Ober says that being grounded actually pushes the current off of you. That makes sense to me, but as I stated before, please take the time to show me and the others who agree with me, how we've got it wrong, if you know for sure we do.
+pyr666 unfortunately the meter's ground is also connect to himself through the mat. Both probes of the meter are connected to the voltage source (the body).
+Ernest Martin the whole earthing thing is a failure to understand basic physics, but his procedure here is fine. unless there is a fault in his house's wiring, all of his grounded outlets should connect to earth. most houses use their water/sewage pipes as the connection, but older homes will have a little copper spike in/around the foundation.
ASMR Barber & Hermetic Kitten : Binaural Role Play Head and Face Shave
Precise and accurate barber service and the deep and sweet Hermetic Kitten voice in the background. Do you like the experiment? Please let us know ...
Massimo I watch this video every night before bed. It's so relaxing and
helps me go to sleep. will you be doing another roleplay with hermetic
kitten? Would love it! Love you both!
+Whispering One It is my nightly sleep video. I think this is such a great idea and can only get better through balancing the sounds between hermetic kitten and the natural barbershop sounds from Massimo's videos. ASMR BarbershopKittenWhisperSleepMaximizer!!
Thanks a lot for your comment +Kyle Sager :)As you can see this video was an experiment so at least for a while we did't schedule other collaboration. Anyway After you request I'll start to take it into account. Thanks againMassimo
Putting that beautiful voice on the video enhanced it a lot! I loved it!
Brilliant and original idea! And it worked perfectly for me :) very
relaxing! Keep doing awesome videos :))
Loved the voice part wasn't impressed with that barber his technique was
poor. Seems like hes more about quantity they quality. Gave you almost not
time to soften the facial hair causing you to get 2 noticeable cuts, one
under the chin on the neck then he nicked you on your upper lip.
