Organized religion exists to advance itself. (especially Pentecostal, Church or God, etc) Having close friends that are Pastors, Apostles, Prophets. I was told, when you take offering, determine what amount you need to collect and then break it down....I want 10 people to come with 150 dollars, etc. They also do this at the very height of worship, when the people are feeling good and anesthetized. Hurry up before this anointing lifts...if you love God...only if you love God, come. There is so much manipulation in traditional church, yet many don't realized it, because far to many places do this. They see it on TBN, etc. It is disgusting. I had a Pastor who told us years ago, you need to be in church, every time the doors open! When you have children, church every time the doors open are not an option. Children need structure, they need to study and they need to be in bed a certain hour! They don't care if you have children, because it is not about your family, it is about their ministry! Another thing most pastors wont tell you...Tithing is not scriptural for the New Testament Church. 2Corinthians 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. I asked a friend of mine who is an Apostle and scholar. I asked him why don't Pastors tell the people the truth concerning tithing? He told me if we told the people the truth, they would give as much, and we would not be able to keep the church open! Wow really? I use to tithe, give and offering and pastoral offering when asked. We were often told believe God, don't worry about you electric bill, God will bless you...etc. I stopped tithing about seven years ago, and I am blessed, because I give abundantly to those God shows me to give. Much more than a tithe. If this is true Church leaders have made a conscious decision to mislead the people of God to keep their own thing going. Should not our spiritual leaders live by the same faith they declare we should live by? Many are too afraid to search it out for themselves as they are constantly beaten down with Malachi 3:8...they are afraid of being cursed. This is manipulation and witchcraft. It took me many years to realize, I wasn't crazy, that so many of the things I saw was wrong, wrong, wrong. We are trained to think don't say anything against the Pastor...touch not my anointed...We just pushed it down because it we dare search out what we question about church and find we are right...everything we believe would fall apart.

Great, you've figured half of the scam now figure out the rest. The only reason you still believe in this God is because you've been indoctrinated for so very long. Honey, there is NO evidence of the Christian God nor any other. Be honest with yourself, I mean really honest. That voice you hear inside is not a god like creature speaking to you, it's your mind.

she is right. many so called Christians in the church celebrate pagan holidays, such as christmas and easter etc. the shepherds are leading the flock astray.

There seems to be an awakening going on. I will never turn from my faith and beliefs as a christian but the madness going on in many churches has become just down right painful and unbearable. To hear scripture taken out of context is offensive.
