The Art of Sabrage (without much art)

@latviandude When you're using a knife that large and heavy, the cage helps keep the bottle from shattering. It's mass takes up some of the impact. I've got a smaller and slightly more elegant looking knife I use for sabrage now, and when I use it I take the cage off, or at least move the cage up and fasten it around the lip of the bottle.
https://gp5.googleusercontent.com/-uBnjsvk8fTw/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/g5OHj_a3WXM/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
Remember what I mentioned in the video and in the powerpoint I sent you. Don't wreck the edge of something as nice as a sword doing this. However, it's a great trick for the reception of a wedding :)

Aww, thankies sweetied :) A pity I had the safety glasses on. You haven't seen me without my old glasses after getting LASIK done a while back.

Using a corkscrew on a champagne bottle is also very dangerous. The cork can fly out and bash your hand.

Noob! We got a noob here! Haha kidding welcome to the wonderful world of sours, enjoy your stay in the most expensive part of the beer kingdom. Thank you, any Cantillon review I do is important to me.
https://gp3.googleusercontent.com/--JRaYPYjZ3k/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/wPCJufXBsKE/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
when ever i watch a lambic review by either you , daniel, ryan or winton i always think you all would enjoy the real ciders we get over here has some are so matching the descriptions you mention
https://gp3.googleusercontent.com/-FYSDp4hUSf0/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/7oXHDfd9BgA/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
I always liked Lou Pepe Gueuze better as well but its been years and years since I have had it. Hey man I have been looking for that one, it does not get to AZ at all. I will keep looking!
https://gp5.googleusercontent.com/-Qyj_vSOabBE/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/OmuO1rMvNos/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
Most of my recent opinions on some of these more "common" gueuze are based on the blind tasting I did. Wish we would of had more beers in the mix, but I hope to do it again in the future.
https://gp3.googleusercontent.com/-trrz_gsN5-0/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/inwgwf1EJto/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
I've never had a Cantillon, but I've heard good things, like this review. The one store I know of that gets them sells out immediately. They're always out when I get there. Good review.
https://gp3.googleusercontent.com/-FYSDp4hUSf0/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/7oXHDfd9BgA/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
Yeah different batches = different result is the main thing I am saying. I am not too sure about this new trend of high priced blends though, it takes the fun out of it.
https://gp6.googleusercontent.com/-DpBxSyEr4Ho/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/O4BI8iVUPOw/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
Good review. A classic among the classics. Still I prefer their "Lou Pepe Gueuze". Hope to see a review of the fabulous "Gueuze Tilquin" one day :)

Looking forward to getting into my bottle of this soon. Still trying to find my legs with guezes and sours. Good descriptive review, sir. Cheers!
https://gp5.googleusercontent.com/-Qyj_vSOabBE/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/OmuO1rMvNos/s48-c-k-no/photo.jpg?sz=64
Not a whole lot better than this. From what I've had, 3F makes some better blends, especially in the Armand'4 series and Golden Blend.
