True, true. But they're good for living a reasonably healthy life since
it's hard to function too well without carbs and fiber, and fiber is
usually grouped with the other macros in the nutrition labels, so it's also
more for convenience.
Depends on your defintion of macro. Google dictionary says it's "A type of
food required in large amounts in the human diet." And it is a type of
carbohydrate, just isn't digested very well by the body, so it really
depends.
Like you mentioned in the video itself, carbohydrates are not required in a
diet and are not essential for survival, and neither are fiber. By that
definition, carbohydrates would not be a macronutrient.
Those things are just estimates, if you have a good idea of your
maintenance already, you don't have to follow these! Try to use your own
guess and see if you make progress.
are you sure??? cause i checked it and it gives me like almost a 1000
callories les than my TDEE which is around 4000 callories. my bodyweight is
116kg
