I don't have that many. But you can uses any gimp or photoshop brushes and you can find them everywhere. Deviant art is a good site but if you google for gimp and/or photoshop brushes you'll find them on many websites.

say i wanted to make a white circle so that only the outline( stroke) is white and the rest of the cirlce is delete, making it so i can see through the middle. how do i do that?

I recommend you go back to version 2.6 for now. The 2.8 for windows is probably not stable yet.

I love your accent :D Not "funny" or something, just cool :) I have weird accent as well, as some people say. Thanks for the tutorial. Still, I'm trying to find other uses, because coloring is available with other modes. There were tutorials with grain mode + blur but as far as I see, links are gone. Oh well, let's go search :)
