Austin Petersen Accuses Thom Hartmann of Being a Nazi
Economic elitist Austin Petersen accuses Thom Hartmann of being a Nazi for opposing crony capitalism and the Keystone XL Pipeline. The irony is that Petersen ...
+Anonymous Neo-Nazis are a key demographic of the GOP! Many of them were employed by and supported Ron Paul. Steve Scalise even felt the need to say he was David Duke "without the baggage," and spoke to a Nazi organization. David Duke of course was most recently a REPUBLICAN politician. We also can't forget the GOP's Southern Strategy to win over the angry racists in the South post Civil Rights Act. Historically fascists have terrorized left-wing organizations and banned workers unions and supported Social-Darwinism (survival of the financially fittest).
You know what a national socialist is in Germany? Anyone that's part of the
German Social Democratic Party!! Y'know, the same fucking party that Adolf
Hitler, the leader of Nazis who you label anyone that can analytically call
out your bullshit himself, prohibited in 1933. I mean, the audacity of
these people to infer Sanders, Hartmann, anyone from the left, a Nazi. When
Nazis, disabled the party of the ideologies held by these guys through the
Enabling Act. Even went as far as to kill government officials or send them
to exile. This fucking idiot knows jackshit about Nazi Germany. Yet, quick
to call anything that doesn't fit into his political view Nazism.
Peterson's a corporate whore! Hartmann should've asked how much David Koch
paid him to suck his dick!
+Lizzy Bennet Ironically enough, both nazis and communists hated social democrats. Commies thought social democrats were nazis. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_fascism
+Travis Harrell Typical fascist disabling replies to his comments.
"Socialism is a system of governance where the state owns the means of
production." WRONG. Socialism is a system where the people own the means of
production communally. Socialism was achieved without a state in Barcelona
before the Spanish Civil War. "Free" market fascism has never existed
without the state. "Fascism is a system of governance where the state
controls the means of production." WRONG. Fascism is a system where private
corporations own the means of production. Fascism is also called
"corporatism" for this very reason. Your historical revisionism is
astounding.
As Just another example of Travis Harrell's lies he purports that Krugman
called for a bubble. But that is just another poor libertarian lie, like
the rest of their 'history'.
*"When Someone Says Paul Krugman Called for Greenspan to Create a Housing
Bubble Back in 2002, They are Trying to Say That They are Either a Fool or
a Liar"*
Wednesday, 22 January 2014 13:25
Paul Krugman is a very smart person who does a fine job of defending
himself. But he has enough detractors who repeat the same nonsense enough
times that some reasonable people may actually be deceived.
For this reason, I will briefly intervene to point out that the people
claiming Krugman called on Greenspan to create a housing bubble in 2002,
like Bret Stephens in the Wall Street Journal today, are just making stuff
up.
The basis for this absurd claim was a 2002 column on the weak recovery
following the 2001 recession. The column notes the weakness of the economy
at the time (we were still losing jobs 8 months after the official end of
the recession) and attributes it to the fact that the 2001 recession was
not a standard post-war recession. It was brought about by the collapse of
the stock bubble.
Krugman then wrote:
"To fight this recession the Fed needs more than a snapback; it needs
soaring household spending to offset moribund business investment. And to
do that, as Paul McCulley of Pimco put it, Alan Greenspan needs to create a
housing bubble to replace the Nasdaq bubble."
It should have been pretty evident that this was sarcastic. Later in the
piece, Krugman derides Greenspan for failing to have taken steps to head
off the stock bubble, explaining that Greenspan badly needed a recovery:
"to avoid awkward questions about his own role in creating the stock market
bubble."
The last paragraph expresses Krugman's pessimism about the recovery's
prospects:
"But wishful thinking aside, I just don't understand the grounds for
optimism. Who, exactly, is about to start spending a lot more? At this
point it's a lot easier to tell a story about how the recovery will stall
than about how it will speed up. And while I like movies with happy endings
as much as the next guy, a movie isn't realistic unless the story line
makes sense."
Note, there is no moaning about how difficult it is to get a housing bubble
going. The point was that we needed some additional source of demand and
Krugman did not see where it would come from. In this respect, it is worth
noting that two weeks later, partly at my prodding, Krugman wrote a column
explicitly warning about the dangers of a housing bubble.
So let's cut the crap. There are plenty of places that right-wingers should
be able to take issue with what Krugman says, but the story about him
urging Greenspan to create a housing bubble in 2002 is complete nonsense.
The people who repeat this line are either dishonest or too clueless to
take seriously.
From the "Center on Economic and Policy Research"
And Krugman himself said:
"One of the funny aspects of being a somewhat, um, forceful writer is that
I’m regularly accused of all sorts of villainy. I was personally
responsible for the demise of Enron; my nonexistent son worked for Hillary;
etc.. The latest seems to be that I called for the creation of a housing
bubble — in fact, the bubble is my fault! The claim seems to be based on
this piece.
Guys, read it again. It wasn’t a piece of policy advocacy, it was just
economic analysis. What I said was that the only way the Fed could get
traction would be if it could inflate a housing bubble. And that’s just
what happened."
Travis is *both* a fool *and* a liar!
..
Yup. I removed +Travis Harrell 's comment. Typical right-wing tactics of trying to suppress any democratic discussion. +Travis Harrell uses the very fascist tactics he pretends to be against. Can't say I'm surprised. You gave him an ass whooping. I really enjoy reading your comments and I learn a lot. There are plenty of Reich-wingers floating around my channel that need debunking so stick around. Haha.
Austin, let's put 5,000 on the table and make a bet: I bet you that EVERY
SINGLE NAZI is right-wing. We'll go out and find them and do a poll. Ya,
it's an ideology that appeals to the RIGHT-WING because it's RIGHT-WING.
Dumbass.
+Dom TrussardiBut i am not generalize all Republican as KKK. Do you want me to generalize all democrat as fat pride movement? Remember fat pride movement is 100% dems, just like KKK is 100% republican.
+Dom Trussardi KKK want protectionist tariff for import goods. Don't forget to mention, they love social security and medicare. They are left wing in economic terms. They only support Republican. Because of religion. They also hate corporatist. When Democract used to be social conservative. They are die hard fans of democrat.
+Art of street work outOh ya, then let's put money on the table: we will go to KKK and neo nazi meetings and poll them to see if they're right-wing or left-wing, democrat or republican. Just let me know when you want to lose 5,000 and we can do it.
+Dom Trussardi Wrong! Every single Nazi is traditionalist. Not Free marketeer. Hitler state, "we are socialists, we are enemies of today's capitalistic economic system".
+Reich-Wing WatchExactly. It's more spurious bullshit from the right. I mean, do they think that people at KKK meetings have Racheal Maddow shirts and Michale Moore baseball caps on? LOL Ya, right. Every single one of them is a right-wing nut. Period. Thanks for your work, friend. Hopefully these people will come back to reality soon--the feces in their diaper leftover from 911 is still wafting to their head and causing confusion.
David Duke and Don Black, the top two most infamous Nazis in America and both endorsed Ron Paul, the most right-wing candidate in the 2008, 2012 primaries. And it was American KKKonservatives like Henry Ford and Prescott Bush who funded the Nazis!

These are one of my least favourite cigarettes (or the worse if you
prefer). I had trouble finishing a pack. There's something wrong for me
with JPS cigarettes. I don't like the black either. For the same price, I
go with Winston, 10-fold better. Even Austin are better than JPS to me.
Yes I know. You didn't give Winston Red and Chesterfield a very high
rating, while I like them a lot. Also, I prefer Mayfair over Richmond blue
or Lambert & Butler. Never tried UK JPS blue, so I cannot say anything bad
about them.
I am into hand rolling tobacco doing a review on pall mall but I smoke
amber leaf and golden Virginia but £2.99 for 10g pall mall which is a good
smooth brand and enjoy them but amber leaf is much better
Johan, we all have diffrent tastes, but thank you so much for your comment.
I thought winstons were OK, but dont dislike JPS Blues, one of the better
budget cigarettes on the UK market, Stay lit
